DISNEY CROCS $13.99 @ Dick's Sporting Goods w/Google Checkout First Time Customers

I ordered my red/black crocs on 2/20 and have not received anything except the Google notification that my order has been sent to Dick's. I see so many people that ordered them and got them within days..making me wonder.

Also, I bought mine when they were listed $29.99, now they are $34.99 has me wondering as well. How long did it take you to get an email from Dick's stating they got the order and it is going to be processed??

I ordered mine the night of 2-19 and got the receipt immediately from google and dicks and i got the ship confirmation on 2-21 with delivery today. Hope that helps and that you get yours soon!

There should be a link to check the order status in the email from Google. I had 3 different orders cancelled, and I don't really know why. I originally set up separate accounts with my email and DH's and both of those orders were cancelled when I checked the status (never received an email telling me it was cancelled). I then set up another hotmail account since I couldn't re-use the Google discount. Never could get it to go through using Google, so I finally placed an order without using Google (and skipped the $10 discount), and it's finally going through. Good luck, and please let me know if your order was cancelled. I'm really starting to think it's just me!
 
I ordered mine Monday and they say they shipped yesterday. I should see them soon!
 
I see the pink/pearl for womens is back on the website again. I also just ordered another pair, this time for my 5 yr old niece. I used another email address and it went through ok and gave me the discount and came out to the 13.99. This time the confirmation says the correct color as pink/pearl. :confused3
 

I got mine today, ordered 2/19
But I got the Pearl/pink ones in W 8-9
I just saw the Pink/pearl ones are back so I placed another order. I want to see which I like better but I guess i'll be shipping the pearl ones back.

I also got the gold MJ ones and they are cute, they are not too gold but a little metalic wich blend in with my skin tone ( well if I were tan it would) I like them.
 
I just ordered the black/red disney crocs. As of right now they have new colors and new sizes!!

Thank you for posting that. I was able to go back and get some of the adult black ones. I went ahead and got the smallest size for adults, at the suggestion of others that this is "really" like the size 4 crocs my daughter has... but size 4 is not available either in the child or adult sizes there! And I also got size 6/7 for myself! So if it all works out, we'll all have the disney crocs except DH- he wouldn't wear them. He's not a big disney fan but also he barely likes to wear the regular brown crocs, no way he's going to wear bicolor mickey ones. LOL

I'm a bit worried now too. I ordered in 3 seperate orders on 2/20 and none of them have sent a "shipping" email... I better go check the status of my orders. I hope they weren't cancelled!

I then went to the actual website and put in to track my order by the order number and zipcode. It shows my order but on the status part it says this:
Authorizing Private Label Credit Card

What in the world does that mean? Why would it take so many days to authorize my credit card??

I called, got an automated status checking system and once it checked the order- it said it is processing normally and I will receive an email when it is being shipped. It didn't say anyhing out of the ordinary... Maybe I shouldn't worry because I placed the order in the evening on the 20th, and the website says 48hrs just to process... so technically it's only barely been over 48hrs now.

Don't know if this matters..but. I just realized that I had an email from Google asking me to confirm my email account. I had not done that until today, I hope that doesn't throw a kink in the works:confused3

Good point. I did confirm mine all right then though, right after placing the order, because I was afraid that not confirming my google checkout account would nullify the $10 google checkout savings!

I just checked the other one and it says the same authorizing private label credit card nonsense! I don't know what that means!

Also it says on return eligibility- not eligible for return. Which is really odd because when I ordered them, on all the crocs including the ones I purchased, it says free shipping/free return. AND on the order status it shows the order of the crocs and under that another box (like it's a "product" or something) with stuff about free shipping/free return. Yet on both "products" (the boxes with crocs and the one with the shipping info) both say at the right that the return eligibility is not eligible for return.

I experiencing the exact same thing. I placed the order on Tuesday, the 20th.

Twice now, my account has shown a $13.99 pending charge, yet the charge hasn't gone through. I called DSG yesterday, and spoke to an unfriendly gentleman who had no good answers except it will probably ship "today or Monday".

Yet, this morning, the pending $13.99 is gone again from my account, and it was not charged. The status online at DSG is still "authorizing private label credit card".

I fired off an email to DSG.

I received an automated reply email from DSG saying to call them, so, I did.

The cs rep at DSG said she is going to inquire with Google as to why they haven't charged my account yet.

I just want my shoes. :snail:

Mine says the same thing. Doesn't really make sense that it is ineligible for return when they are sending a return label along with it. I sure hope it fits so I don't have to worry about this.

BTW, I ordered on 2/20 in the afternoon. I received an email from Dick's stating it shipped with the FedEx tracking link. I received an email from Google last night stating that it shipped and should arrive soon.

Just an update for those of you worried - I got my first pair I ordered yesterday. They were the pink/pearl for DD. They were the kids and were really pink/pearl....AND...they came with a postage paid return label in the box. Now I know that doesn't help with the womens sizes BUT I also wanted to share that they have restocked and now have the pink/pearl listed again in a womens 8-9 and they also have the red/black in more sizes and they also have the off roads in mens sizes which is what DH was wanting so THANKS to this thread I have now spent $67 on crocs in a week - of course I also got DH a new chest protector and shoes for umpiring with the coupon which saved a ton too but was another $70!! So for $137 I got DH umpiring stuff and 1 pair of shoes, DD 1 pair of crocs and me 2 pair of crocs. Not too bad - but I'm still trying to figure out why the "budget" board is costing me money :confused3

If you linked to Dick's through Sunshine Rewards and used the GOOGLE checkout will you get credit?

I just ordered DD a pair and then swapped the email out for a new account and ordered a pair for me. TOO exciting. I can't wait till they come. DD's Crocs just arrived. I love 'em. Now I want a pair for myself.

I got my Crocs today and they are HUGE!!!! :sad1:

I used the croc print out foot-measurer thing and bought what it said!! I even tried with socks on and they are like 1-1/2 inches too big!!! I wear a ladies size 5 and I ordered a women's small. I was going to order the biggest kids but I went with the smallest women's size.

Oh well.
