Disney Channel Games 2008???

with Tinker Bell on them. I didn't buy one because I was in a hurry.

So, of course I went back to Walmart today to get one and they don't have them!

I did find some lime green fabric dye, so I might try and tie dye a tee shirt.

Also, Walmart has those little water bottle/battery operated fans for $4.95. I think Disney sells them for about $20! I got one for next week. I also bought a pair of binoculars for the concert.

I plan to bring lots of Sharpies and sunscreen.

YES SUNSCREEN, DON'T FORGET IT! SUNSCREEN, SUNBLOCK, SUN REPELLENT SUN-BE-GONE...whatever you have I suggest you bring it if you're staying for a whole day.

Oh yeah i think i know what you are talking about! because my sister came from wal mart today and showed me that she bought a tank top that was lime green and it has tinker bell on it!

by the way i am so excited, because for once in my life something out of the ordinary might happen to me next week. I just got off the phone with my friend and she is gonna try to get info from her mom and try to "hook us up" with something..!!!! oh i hope everything goes well!

ok, my dd and my shirt serve two purposes ( I might get a plain lime green shirt too)they have the OJD on the front, lime green is also the jonas brothers offical fan club shirt color too. we have gone and got the camper, and hubby is chilling the fridge as I type. My mom's surgery went ok( the one on her finger that she scheduled so she could get out of work on Medical leave so she could go to the DCGAMES with us.lol ). That's why I haven't been on here latley. we are getting ready to go I can't wait. We had a ball last year, don't forget the sunscreen, sharpies, and autograph book.
I plan on getting my tickets early sat. morning. I might let everyone know what's in them
last year when we got our tickets we got parking passes for the front parking lot. the one closest to the stadium. so we will just have to see what else if anything else is in there.

Guys, i'm sooo excited! I'm leavin this Saturday and boy, oh boy, i can't tell you the level of excitment i'm in!!

I finally got my itinerary finished today, then car rental friday, and 1,000,000 other things! I'm drivin my self nuts with this i just hope this is really all worth the wait and stuff

For those who went last year... how does the seating work for the games? Do they just like tell you to keep movin down and fill in all the empty seats or just sit whereever you'd like? I'd love to sit front row!!

BTW, yes.. i am a 13 year old DISER and i make itineraries... i have ODPD.. (obsessive disney planning disorder) hahaaa!

I made a longggggg letter to Miley and it'll be everything i can ever imagine if she'd get it... oh my god, that'd mean the world!

Thanks ya'll again for helpin me out... wish i knew alot more to share with you guys but i 'm only learnin cause of you guys...

I don't know how they will do the seats this year but last year during the games you could sit anywhere, but for the concert if you have seats they are assigned.

Hi!I was just kidding around with SarahV17 and Osjah&Landon'sMom about PMing everybody! I think everybody probably found their own favorite spots last year.There really are NO "secret spots". Just walk around the whole stadium until you find spots that you like-that's all there is to it.Unless there is a TREMENDOUS increase in attendance at this year's daily tapings,you will have your choice of MANY,MANY,MANY places to sit!The crowds at last year's tapings were VERY manageable!

Miley Cyrus is indeed performing... i asked her dancer whom happens to be a close friend of mine... my friend (the dancer) said that they aren't goin to use dancers... so i'm guessing she'll be singing slower songs. My friend told me shes pretty sure but not 100% sure that Miley will be performin new songs, she doesn't know which songs or if she'll be performin new songs or not but shes almost positive... don't take my word for it tho!

My Mom has taken very ill and has had open heart surgery. If someone out there can point me in the right direction to have my tickets transfered to my best friend so she can pick them up I would greatly appreciate it. I'm not sure yet if I will be able to take my 2 DD's but I would hate for my BF and her girls to have to miss this. We were all supposed to go together and since I am a passholder I was able to get the tickets that we needed.

I'm not sure if any of the powers that be with the games is still over seeing this thread but if you are please email me and let me know what I can do about having someone else get these.

David Henrie, Selena Gomez, Jake T. Austin and Jennifer Stone of "Wizards of Waverly Place."
Dylan Sprouse, Cole Sprouse and Brenda Song of "The Suite Life of Zack & Cody." (Brian Stepanek will serve as host.)


Kyle Massey and Jason Dolley of "Cory in the House."


There will be Disney Channel stars from Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Mexico, France, Germany, Italy, Singapore, Spain, Taiwan, the United Kingdom and Japan.
The games will be played 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on April 28, April 29 and May 1 at Disney's Wide World of Sports at the Walt Disney World Resort. The schedule for May 2 is still to be determined.


"We're inviting people to come and watch, but it's a working production," said Adam Sanderson, senior vice president of brand marketing for the Disney ABC Networks Group. "It's not staged as a sporting event."


He said there will be "plenty of seating" in the grandstand.


"We can't have regular kids on the field," Sanderson said. "The talent will be walking around, playing the games. I think we'll have some video screens again. They'll be able to see the talent, and the talent often comes over and signs autographs and takes photos."


The celebrities will play for charities: Boys & Girls Club, UNICEF, Make-A-Wish and Starlight Starbright.


Sanderson said the challenges this year will be visually bigger so they come across well on television. The games will air as five half-hour shows starting in late July.


"Everybody is out there to have fun," Sanderson said. "It makes for great programming. Our audience gets to see more of them as real people. It's cool that you get to see them out there being regular teens."


Peformances from a May 3 concert, which is sold out, will be incorporated in the half-hours.
