Disney Channel Games 2008???

I emailed at 12ish also and only got the "please do not send duplicate emails" email about 45 minutes later. I thought that was legitimate since I got an error from outlook and tried to send it again. I just replied to that email since I hadn't heard anything and immediately got this:

Sorry, we are no longer accepting ticket requests. We have reached capacity.

I hope we still have a chance at getting tickets. Do you think they really notified everyone who emailed last night? I'll be bummed if we missed out of course not as bummed as my kids anybody have any other info??

The only problem we have is the pickup before since we are not local. Does anyone know if we can have them mailed to us or have UPS/Fedex pick up on our behalf?

Ok to clear everything up the Dc Games 2008 Concert is sold out! The Games may or may not be open to the public. More info coming later. Please keep checking back to dcgames2008.com! I wouldnt make trip plans yet if you havent comfirmed your dc games concert tickets!

I am not a AP holder and I sent my email at exactly 12 midnight. So did my daughter's friend. We both had our emails pre-typed and just hit enter at midnight. She got her response this morning, about 30 minutes before me. She also got her preference of floor tickets, while I didn't-I got seat tickets. But now I have the pickup dilemna....

This is in response to the question if regular people can get tickets.

I am definitely a nobody. I do not know anyone at Disney or affiliated with the DC games. We live in Canada, a long way from Florida. I pretyped my email and hit send at exactly midnight. I sent another at 7:30 because I was paranoid the first one did get through cyberspace. I received the "do not send duplicate e-mails" response.

Anyhow, I received confirmation of tickets at 2:20 this afternoon. I am sorry to all of you that didn't get them, but I thought it is nice to know that some nobodies like me got them.

Are there no tickets because I sent a request last night and got the email saying do not send multiple emails. I sent another and I got the email saying that there are no more tickets. I am flying from Hawaii to Florida to watch the disney channel games and I had the choice of going to the disney channel games or a Jonas Brothers concert during the summer. I chose to go to the disney channel games and I thought I would be able to get tickets but I didn't. If anyone has an extra ticket that they would give me I would be happy. If you have two extra tickets that would be good. Thank you.

Thanks for the info! I emailed the dcgames2008.com address a few days ago and asked if the DCG daily tapings would be open to the public like last year.I received a return email saying that the daily tapings WOULD be open to the public like last year.Is this a recent development that now it may be a closed taping?If you don't mind,would you please post your information in a new thread on the main theme park board?There are A LOT of people who have already made plans to attend the daily tapings and I think a lot of them may not visit this board.Also,do you have any information about a possible FanFair that was announced by LaughingPlace?Thanks!

I am so upset, I was unable to get tickets. I was really excited for this too!

If anyone has extras and would be willing to mail them, it would be greatly appreciated. If anyone will not be able to pick them up because they are out of the area, contact dcgamesconcert08@gmail.com to have the ownership transferred to me. I live in the Orlando area and can definitely pick them up so your tickets will not go to waste. This would mean so much!
