I emailed at 12ish also and only got the "please do not send duplicate emails" email about 45 minutes later. I thought that was legitimate since I got an error from outlook and tried to send it again. I just replied to that email since I hadn't heard anything and immediately got this:
Sorry, we are no longer accepting ticket requests. We have reached capacity.
I hope we still have a chance at getting tickets. Do you think they really notified everyone who emailed last night?
I'll be bummed if we missed out
of course not as bummed as my kids
