Does WDW restaurants have calories on their menu? If not, could you ask for them from the waiter?
Calories don't count at Disney. The food is made of pixie dust

It's hard to find a good pixie dust and lard place to eat at. That's why I go to Disney.Correct....pixie dust and lard.
I gained 8 lbs on our last visit to Disney.

, that it is hard to gain weight.Calories don't count at Disney. The food is made of pixie dust
Calories don't count at Disney!
I'm glad others have figured out there are no calories in Disney food!!Calories don't count at Disney!
Seriously though, you do so much walking that as long as you don't go crazy, you can still treat yourself and probably not gain any weight.

(It's sure not the quality and/or prices)Correct....pixie dust and lard.

While I agree that one walks a lot at Disney, it's not what I would call exercise walking. I walk a ton at Disney in a day's time, but it's generally leisurely strolls around the park, and with all the standing in line mixed in, I always manage to put on weight at Disney.

and so-o-o glad that others are starting to post a refuting of the 'you'll walk so much you can eat what you want' silliness.... for most of us that's just not true. You'd really have to be walking hard and fast for many miles (think speedwalking) to burn off the average disney cupcake! (that's fine with me,as I don't worry when on vacation either- but I know the score lol)...and Babycakes donuts are going to get me every single time..... pixie dust!

We walk so much and sweat so much in August I don't gain a pound on our tripEvery restaurant maintains a binder which contains the ingredient lists for its menu items. And these can be accessed by guests who have allergies or have a medical reason for avoiding certain foods. I have never heard of calories being an allergen. No, calories are not included in the ingredient lists.. .I thought they had written information regarding allergies. Would calorie counts be included in that information (if it exists)
