I think I may have posted this on the wrong page so here I go again. Does everyone in your party need to show a resort ID to board the Disney busses and monorail? Thanks

Nope, just climb on and enjoy nice conversations with happy people from all over the world! :D

Technically, probably...realistically, no. I've never been asked to show my resort ID. I think you are supposed to be able to use 'all wdw transportation' if you buy a park hopper pass also. But, to the best of my knowledge, no one really asks to see an id.

Although I've always heard that Disney busses are for Disney resort guests, we have NEVER been asked for our resort ID.

One of the first times we were at WDW, we went to Early Entry, which is also supposed to be only for resort guests. We prominently showed our ID's but no one else did, and the CM at the gate barely looked at it.

I miss the Crockett and Boone buses. Then again, I miss horizons too.

LOL. Not many outside of Iowa get it.

Them: Where are you from?
Me: Iowa City.
Them: Iowa City? Is that in Ohio?
Me: No. Iowa City is in IOWA.
Them: Oh, OK. That's where they grow a lot of potatoes, isn't it?
Me: No. That's Idaho.
Them: Iowa, Idaho . . . they are all in the middle of the country, right?

By the way, I've driven through Knoxville IOWA on the way to Chariton -- where my husband's great-uncle is buried.
