Disney Books that have chart in them

Does anybody know which Disney book (Birnbaum's, unofficial Guide, etc.) has the chart in it that says if you are at "this" hotel and want to get to "that" hotel or place---take the ferry, monorail, bus, etc?

I've seen it, but can't find it now and we're leaving in the morning. I really wanted to have that chart in hand so I know what I'm doing once I get there.

There was a WDW "map" that was for "Transportation." Not certain which trip I picked it up during . . . but it does tell you how to get from "A" to "B." Of course when The Mouse waves the Magic Wand things can change. There was an "experiment" running for instance for a bus from WL to MK & the bus from WL to TTC was discountinued. Don't know if that is still going. Ask for latest WDW transportation info when you check in.
