I weighed in and am down 0 lbs. I have TOM coming over the weekend so that's proabaly why. Then again I just started Wednesday really. Better luck next week. I will be exercising everday and am watching what I eat too. Sounds like we all had the same kind of week. Must have been that chocolate bunny I ate :lmao: .

My life is just kind of crazy right now with my class. I'm on the computer all day, but doing school work (with sneaks here when I can).

Afternoon everybody! Well I weighed in this morning and yet another no loss week for me. I am happy with that this week though considering all the easter chocolate and then those brownies at work last night. :rotfl: I will do better this week though. I am determined that I will post a loss next week!
 
Thanks so much for creating this forum - I really need a place to be accountable.

I'm 40 years old and started this weight loss in Jan. I say this because there have been many attempts before that I could never stick with. Although I've been tracking my progress on an Excel spreadsheet, Excel doesn't really care if I "miss" a weigh-in ...

My first weigh-in was Jan. 4th at 156 pounds. Today I'm 145.5 pounds. Although I'm very happy to have lost that weight, I'm a little frustrated that it's taken me almost 3 months to lose 10 pounds.

My goal weight is 125. I'm trying to actually use the gym membership that I've been paying for at least 4 times a week. And ofcourse, I'm trying to eat more fruits & veggies. DF says that I eat like a 6 year old, so as you can imagine, veggies are not my favorite! :guilty:

DF & I are in the process of planning our WDW wedding. If we are able to get our date, we will be getting married at the Wedding Pavillion on Feb. 2, 2009. I'm really hoping to be able to buy & wear a wedding dress that makes me feel happy about the way I look.

I just joined and started posting on the DIS and am loving it. I'd like to take up less room in my chair though, if you know what I mean.

I'm Jen, 33, and I have two children 4 and 7...I lost the baby weight from my youngest about a year ago and it has slowly crept back up as I went back to work full time. That darned vending machine keeps calling me!!!

Anyways, I really look forward to your support and will offer mine to you as well. :thumbsup2

I'm at 169 (5'4") right now and will weigh in again next friday morning to update. I'd like to lose 30 lbs before our December trip, which works out to a little more than 3 lbs per month, it's a realistic goal I think. I'm going to be working on my portion sizes and making better choices...been trying to eat more naturally, less chemicals. Cholesterol is high also, so I need to watch that as well.

DH and i went to Jamba Juice just now and instead of my favorite, the Strawberry Surf Rider, I got one of the smoothies from the jamba light list!

And, to top it off, we stopped at DQ on the way home so DH could get some cheeseburgers and I did not get a thing!

Great job! It feels really good when we make good decisions. Much better than the guilt I feel when I mess up. I read this quote somewhere and try to remember it when I am tempted "Nothing tastes as good as being fit feels!"

My weigh in for today was 191... so that puts me down .2#
 
Well I was at my brothers house this morning. So I did not get to weigh in, I will do it tomorrow morning and let everyone know what happened. I was at work all day today in the freezing cold while people decided to let their children get sick and ride the carousel..lol..But I was getting paid overtime so good for them!! lol....I hope everyone has a good weekend and :welcome: to the newcomers!!!
 
Not sure what went wrong this week :( I was perfect ate totally on plan and I weigh the same as last week :( 180 pounds for me. I did however just come off some medication so perhaps that is what is messing with my body. I'm going to just keep on keeping on.... I will get this weight off again ( I lost 123 pounds and have gained 40 back :( )

Sometimes the weight takes a while to come off. That happened to me when I lost 20 pounds. I wasn't seeing any loss at first even though I was exercising a lot and eating well. It was very frustrating! But, I stuck with and was eventually rewarded.
