DISing Weightloss Club

Hey everyone. I am very sad today. Yesterday....we were outside at the park riding bikes and flying kites. Today it is snowing and raining and cold.

I went to the store today and bought "good for me" snacks. Hopefully that will help me stay away from the chocolate;)

Sounds like we are all trying to do the right things. I think we just need to keep doing them and not get upset if we have "bad days".

I wish I could make time to go to the gym. I always felt better when I did.
 
I'm still around reading everyone's posts. I just haven't had anything positive to post about since I've been off track since Easter. Haven't gone for ONE walk. A friend of mine from Maine is coming tomorrow and is going to spend the weekend with me and help celebrate my birthday. We have a couple of day trips planned. So, I am not even going to attempt to get back on track until Tuesday. But, I plan to get back into this 100% on that day - a walk included!! Tomorrow's weigh in is not going to be pretty.
 
:scared1: A co-worker just brought her totally awesome brownies into the office. :scared1: I allowed myself to have only one but my they are good. :guilty:

Sounds like we've all had a challenging week. I keep reminding myself that this is a lifestyle change and may take some time. Even though I have not been great this week I know that I've been better than I would have been without this thread and being so aware. It may take a few months to notice anything significant.

I just got back from a school program and saw one of the moms I hadn't seen in a while. She had lost 29 pounds and looked fantastic! That was good motivation.

You know it is funny. I am sooooo not looking forward to weighing in tomorrow. But I have to say that with everything bad I have eaten.....I would have done so much worse had it not been for this. If I did not have any one to hold me accountable for my weight I would have had more chocolate and junk. So thank you everyone:grouphug:

I'm at 184 today so right back to where I started. Not a surprise at all since I've eaten horribly and not walked at all. Like I mentioned, I will have my last hurrah this weekend and then be back on track. I'm looking forward to it actually.

Is everyone afraid of weighing in?? Where are you all??

Anyway, I got on the scale this morning with my fingers crossed and it was 189.0. I think that means I lost .5:woohoo:
(or I gained .5 can not remember where I was last week:lmao: ) So I just went back and checked and it looks like I did nothing. No gain or loss. And you know what....I am good with that this week.
Maybe we should put our weight on the first page to, so people like me will not forget week to week.(I can be a little forgetful at times haha)

Well, today is my first weigh-in, so I don't have any changes to report.

This morning, I am at 157.

I hope I can lose one pound by next Friday!

I'm off for a run now. It's the first time I'm running since I was sick with a sinus infection and ear infection. I'm going to do 3 miles and I'm just going to pray that I make it back home!
