DISing Weightloss Club

Hi everyone. I am stopping in to ask if anyone knows of the eat everything in site diet?? I seem to be following that one:confused3

Today I have had a candy bar, banana, 1/2 of a pb&j, pear,peep,twix, and a pretzel. I think i need to be blindfolded.
 
Just checking in after my gym trip today. I weighed myself and have lost....wait for it...2 pounds! Let's hope I can shed a few more.

I have not gotten back on track today, but I blame it on the leftovers that came home with us yesterday. Tomorrow, I WILL be back though! I don't think I'll have a loss this week. I'm just hoping I don't end up with a gain at this point! ;)

I started out good today. It was my daughters last day of spring break so I took the day off to do something fun with her. We were planning on a water park but the weather wasn't too good today. So, we ended up at Chuck E Cheese. I ordered a salad with our cheese pizza. I ate a large salad and only two (little) pieces of pizza. And I drank diet lemonade instead of Coke - big accomplishment for me. When Sam went back for dessert I didn't get anything. But, as soon as we got home I raided the easter candy - I ate a handful of mini Reese's cups. :sad2:

Maybe I will put that bathing suit back on. And take a pic and post it.:lmao:

Michelle, if you're interested in doing a half, or full marathon I highly recommend doing one. I find that working towards a goal keeps me motivated and determined to reach my goal and to receive the medal;) at the end.

Check out Events/Competitions board to get advice/tips from the W.I.S.H. Team. The members are very supportive and they range from beginners to advanced runners/walkers. The WDW marathons are alot of fun...check it out.:thumbsup2
 
So I got home from work a little while ago and I am thoroughly exhausted again!!..lol..I did ok today for lunch I had a ham sandwich and a banana! After our orientation today at the zoo she took us on a tour! I had never walked so fast or that far in 15 minutes of my life. So needless to say I got my workout today!! I am just so ready for bed now!! I hope everyone had a good day!

Thanks for the info! That sounds really good - a WDW marathon would be fun! I will definately be looking in to training somehow once tax season is done. I may be asking you some more questions then. :)
 
I had a bad day today with all the Easter chocolate lying around the house. :headache:

I would love to do a WDW marathon, I was thinking maybe in 2009 I will be in shape enough to attempt it.

I totally know what you mean about the easter candy. The mini reeses got me twice! And after the first time I should have known better. I just cannot have that stuff in the house.

A marathon in 2009 would be my goal also! That would be fun if we could get some participation from our little thread here. :)
 
A marathon would be fun! I think Carissa had mentioned it way earlier in the thread about the popular from couch potato to 5K. It gives you steps on how to go from being a couch potato(a.k.a. ME..lol) to the 5k mark. I think it would be fun to try out!
 
Well as much as it pained me I threw out the remaining Easter chocolate, I just could not have it in the house. I have no willpower. :sad2:

You're not the only one! If my children wouldn't kill me, I'd do the same. But, I will get rid of a lot of it by throwing away candy and sending some to work with DH. The boys will wonder why it disappeared so quickly ;)
 
Good for you! I can't have any sweets in the house because I will eat it all in one sitting, then hate myself for weeks afterwards. It's best to keep to the motto, "out of sight, out of mind".;)

I am shocked after all of the candy I ate this weekend. :rolleyes1 I DID try to stay busy, though.

So, does it count as working out if I bop tot he music while I iron? :rotfl2:

I'm having a very hard time getting back on track. That's why I can't "cheat." I just end up staying off track when I do.

LOL! I'd love to throw it out but Sam would definately notice. I try to buy her stuff I don't really like but someone else got the reeses. At this rate they won't be around long anyway. :rolleyes1

Same is good - especially this week! I will be thrilled if I am the same on Friday. I am trying to be extra good the next three days since the weekend was so bad so we'll see. :)
