I'm around guys I'm in out and, family's gone now I'm doing all the homework. I have to finish an anatomy quiz, type up the last of my ap rewrite, do a ton of write ups for theater, do my resume project, sometime in between all that I'm going to sleep, study, and shower.

Can I say EWWWWWWWE:scared1:
Ive never seen so many before...;)

Sometimes I wonder about posting about religious holidays just so I don't offend anyone. Sounds like you are fine with it though. I wondered sometimes if some Jewish families celebrate the "bunny" or "egg" part of the holiday just for the kids. That certainly has nothing to do with what Easter is all about although people can give you reasons for the eggs I'm sure.

I dont get offended at all about religious holiday posts. I am not the most religious Jewish person out there;) ,but still Jewish. My kids believe in Santa(Well not my 12 yr old anymore), but the younger two very much believe in him. I just never got into the whole Easter bunny thing, so the kids always knew he wasnt real. They do enjoy all the candy they get for Easter. I am so bad. I never buy or make Easter baskets. I wait until the days after and get them for half price:lmao: and then suprise the kids several days later. I am such the cheapo:rolleyes1

I am glad to hear so many good reviews about "Meet the Robinsons". Alec (DS 5) & I will be going either at the end of this week or next week, whenever he feels better. I can't wait. I would never dream of taking Brooke. She is just over 2½ and I would really want to enjoy the movie, not cater to her. She can be really good at times, but I don't want to take the chance. Plus it gives me one-on-one time with Alec. I like to do that with each of my kids. I think they need it.

I agree, I like giving the kids one on one time as well. Well I am always with the 2 1/2 yr old, so we get lots of one on one time together. Sometimes I take my oldest with me places alone, sometimes I take the middle one places alone. It works better that way, as for us, less fighting;)
A year ago my 2 1/2 yr old was bad in movie theatres. We wouldnt dare take her. As she has gotten older, she does much better. She doesnt last the whole movie. As long as she has got popcorn and candy, she can go for quite a bit of time;) .

When will your youngest be three? Faith will be three Aug 13.

Brooke will be 3 on July 8. I love that she will still be free this last time to Disney, as I am sure you are that Faith will be also. ;)

Do you think you may be able to make our DIS meet in Epcot on the 23rd? Maybe our little girls will hit it off...or maybe not... You never know with that age.

My almost 8 yr old daughter is not shy at all ;) I do think it would be extremely hard for a shy child. I just ordered a set of 10 on ebay today. It was a grab bag sort of thing. With shipping they came to be around$3 a piece. I dont want to spend a bunch of money. I just need to get a lanyard for her. I told my daughter if she did not want to trade them, that it was ok as well.I figured 10 pins and a lanyard would be a good start;)

Hi again sunlover....that sounds like such fun...you can get the lanyard off of ebay too....I already looked ;) I figure if she wants to, my oldest can get a starter kit in Downtown Disney.
We had a nice Easter, thanks...baskets, egg hunt, church, lunch, lots and lots of Dis, made a big dinner, ate, looked at all of our old pics, played with the kids, now I am back to the Dis. It's too cold to do much else.
We went to see The Robinsons last weekend. I thoroughly enjoyed it!!! I hope you didnt miss too much of the ending!
Ok well in a few hours, it'll be 69 days!! whoooo, hoooooo :woohoo:

EEEWWWWEEE Courtney! I have to say that I have caught them in the creek, and played with them, but never eaten them! I just can't bring myself to do it. I'll stick to shrimp... and they have to be cleaned and have all extremeties removed!

Courtney - hmmm.. don't know if I could eat those crawly things.. but then again, I really like escargot, so they can't be all THAT bad, right?! lol I'll just close my eyes...

Happy Easter to all from Mocha - who celebrated his 3rd birthday yesterday!

Anytime yall want to come on down, I'm gonna show you what real eatin' is all about!!!!!!!!!!!!

DELISH!!!!!!!!!!! And of course, YUMMO!!!!!!!!!!

Love that little Mocha---- He's in close competition with Maddie as the cutest dog ever.... He's adorable!

I show you my dog but rightn ow I'm trying to breathe. My dad gave her the yellow of hard boiled eggs and use your imagination for the rest. :scared:

Good for you girl!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What an inspiration for compiling Disney money! :yay: Hey I just checked my handy dandy mickey head calender count down. It says.....70 more days!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks...since we do have debt that we are trying to pay off we can't really justify taking "family money" for a Disney trip so that's how I make money for the trip...I know Dave Ramsey would not agree but our kids are only young once and as long as DH & I agree on this that's all that matters...:)

Mandy good luck with all you have to do...hearing this makes me glad that my college days are over!!

Courtney - Sorry I'm not crazy about crawfish either...we have been to a few boils...around here they usually throw in some shrimp too...it's really a fun atmosphere though!!

I've listened to Dave Ramsey and a lot of what he has to say is very interesting and inspiring, but I also agree with you.... your kids ARE only young once, and as long as you and your husband are in agreement, I think it is wonderful to make "family memories"..... :grouphug:

Thanks, Courtney! Too bad we can't get Mocha & Maddie together for a "play date"! :goodvibes

Maybe she could teach him how to be a better sport about "dress up"... he was quite humliated yesterday when DD & I took him out to pick out a birthday present at Petco... she insisted he wear his birthday hat.. he was a big hit at the store! He also is in dire need of a haircut, which he will get this week! lol

OH, I am married to what I like to call bi-polar Dave. He waffles a lot thank goodness, or we would not be giving Disney so much of our $$$$$$$$$$$$!:rotfl2:

Our philosophy is that none of us know what tomorrow holds for us, we didn't get this credit card debt overnight (it was years of bad decisions) and as long as we are working on paying it off we want to make memories for our DDs...and what better place to make memories than Disney!!

I'll do some volunteer work in June but I'm not working or going to school this summer. I've spent most of this semester off and on sick so I'm taking it easy and then next semester if all goes well I will be working on campus doing the yearbook.

That sounds good...maybe some time off and a trip to Disney will make you feel much better!! I always thought working on the yearbook staff would have been fun.
