DISer chapter of NKOTB anonymous, part deux... we don't want an intervention!!!

It was fun to feel the excitement of NKOTB again. I couldn't get twitter pulled up on the laptop fast enough when I saw Heather tweet "and my timeline goes crazy" on my phone! I knew something had been released!

I'm not ready to say whether I'll be going or not. It all comes down to how it's set up, how long each group performs, how much is done, if any together, that kind of stuff. And how much tickets are of course.

I'm excited for the tour because I had to cancel my cruise reservation. However now I can tell you girls why. I'm pregnant again! I stayed quiet about it because of the past two but I've reached the second trimester. I waited until the last possible minute to cancel just in case! You'll all appreciate the irony though. According to the doctor I conceived on the day I booked the cruise! We were actually not trying but trying to prevent but that's how it works I guess.

I'm for sure not a BSB fan, but I'll take NKOTB anyway I can get them! Hope for shows near me in March or June because I'm due May 2.

Congratulations!!! That is wonderful news! Sorry about the cruise, but I am sure there will be another one you can go on.

Dates are starting to leak. The one I remember off the top of my head is 6/16 in Chicago. We will be back in Iowa around that time so I am going to try to make it to that one.

You know I just realized I said I didn't want it to fall the same day as the U2 concert. I didn't mention anything about Kris's birthday in June. Clearly you can see where my priorities are lol.

I wonder how much these all access packages are gonna cost being that it's both groups. And what is this about a ramp??

Yay! Hopefully Monday we will have some tour dates! Can't wait for the AMA's!

No dates anytime soon. My husband was texting Jordan's manager just this morning and said they are still 'shopping' a lot of markets. Meaning, they're trying to get arenas and pavilions to bring the tour to. Because of my area he said they are trying to bring the tour to both Charlotte, NC and Atlanta, GA. Because Atlanta is a major market and Charlotte is considered a secondary market sometimes, there maybe 2 legs to this tour. So major cities first then secondary markets later one. Have to wait and see. Keep you posted!

Of course! I spent my 10th wedding anniversary this past June with Melody in Chicago at a New Kids concert. (disclaimer:with my dh's complete cooperation and blessing!)

I got up this morning, checked my Twitter and find out that the NKOTB website is redesigned..cool. Then I read that there are now fan club memberships and they are required for pre-sales, etc. Seriously?? I'm annoyed to say the least! Some of us are working on little play $$ here and it was bad enough that we can't afford the ILAA packages for awesome seats! Now we need to buy a fan club membership to get a chance at decent seats? And access to the forums (that I rarely read anyway, but it just bugs me) I loved that they weren't nickle and diming us....so I'm just annoyed. LOL

Anyone else joining the fan club? Think I will pass. I always just wait for ticketmaster to release better tix or buy them on stubhub. I know a lot of people who have bought in to various fan clubs for presales and then were dispappointed with their seats. $80 is another concert ticket. No thanks, no Blockhead Nation for me!

$80 is pretty steep.......I bought into the Miley Cyrus fan club last year when we took Braelynn and her bff to her concert and got 3rd row and only paid $20 for the fan club, so for me that was worth it. I'm sure that there are going to be a lot of crazy fans out there that will do it though. As for me I think I will pass.

Oh and I guess those dates that are leaking are correct because Z100 was giving away tickets already this morning. If you won, you had your choice of the IZOD Center on June 4 or Nassau Coliseum on June 5. Just come out with it already guys.

Yeah, I think it's pretty lame of them to do that. They seem to be getting more and more greedy and that is something that really irks me!
