I do believe Angela has a show this week! Tuesday if I'm not mistaken!!!



For those that have been to previous NKOTB concerts. You guys took cameras right? Our tickets say no cameras/no video. I know people take cameras b/c I've looked at enough pics to know that. Did anyone say anything to you? I have to have pics of this night but I don't want my digital camera taken!

I think you are right about Angela. Can't wait to hear her report!

I never had a problem at any of the shows taking in a camera. It just can't be one with a removable lens and you are not supposed to video. Doesn't mean that people don't!

$500 for a purse? NO way!! I'm with you, Heather...my bag didn't even cost $50 and I use it EVERY day. I can't imagine spending that on a purse that I wouldn't even be able to use all that often because it's YELLOW. Goodness. But, I'm also not a purse girl.

I know someone has a concert this week, ours is next week. What do you girls wear to the concerts? I went shopping today and got some casual type dresses/skirts and tops. I don't know which outfit I'll wear but at least I have some options. I even bought a pretty halter dress (not for the concert). I'm just the most comfy in a skirt of some sort, it's cooler and I know that concert is going to be smokin' hot!!

It wasn't fun shopping though because I had to get everything in a bigger size than I used to wear. But I'm working on it. I started the South Beach Diet a week ago, I know I lost a few pounds but I've got a LONG way to go.

P.S. Heather - turning the clocks were extra weird for us this year because we just got back from St Lucia where they were an hour ahead, then we came home and had to get used to being an hour back and now we turned the clocks forward so they match up with the time in St Lucia.

Shelby and Erin... Baltimore is back on!!! Brian talked to the girls this weekend when he called and told them that Mommy really wanted to take this trip for her bday and that they could bake me a cake with Grandma while I am gone. They have agreed to it! I still kind of feel guilty, but they can plan a party for me and we can celebrate when I get back!!!

First...YAY!!! for being back on.

And as for clothes, I don't know yet. I'm guessing jeans and a cute top...or a t-shirt if we decide to go that route. We haven't decided yet.

We do know we are eating at Cheesecake Factory before the show and possibly stopping by the NKOTB party at that bar for a drink or 2. We have to make full use of our girl's night out!

Hello girls! And yay for you Heather! It sounds like everyone had fun weekends. I just had to share a little funny tidbit from my weekend. My sister came to visit on Saturday and we were watching the NKOTB greatest hits videos DVD that night. My DH is sitting there while we're watching it and during one of the concert performances all the sudden says "I think the guy on the left is my favorite." He was completely serious, too It was Danny, by the way. I asked him why and he said "I don't know, he just seems like the coolest one."

No you don't. I tried on capri's and stuff today, NOTHING fit. I went up like 3 whole sizes from what I used to wear a year ago! It is NOT pretty!!!

But I did figure out my outfit for the concert, I'm gong to wear a black skirt and a black and white print top. (or should I call it a muu muu)

I can't belive I am just now finding this thread! I've been a Diser for at least 2 years now and have just now wandered over here to the Community board

Me and a friend are going to the Nashville show next Monday night. 8th row and we're soooo excited

I was fortunate enough to see them once when I was 13 and have been a Donnie fan since the first day I laid eyes and ears on them

Tell me about it, I think my radar got scrambled from too much Hannah Montana from DD7

That is so exciting getting to meet them! I felt like I was 13 all over again trying to call the radio station to win front row tickets so we could be closer Unfortunately, I never did get through...
It's so funny because my DH said all the girls used to tell him he looked just like Jordan when he was in high school, (he actually really did) but that's not why I married him, unless it was a subconcious thing

I'm so happy you get to go! It was really sweet of your kids to want to be with you so badly on your birthday but I know you were super bummed!! Yay!!!

As for what I'm wearing: my Property of Joey t-shirt, skinny jeans with my black uggs, and a big Joey pin. I go for comfort ladies. I cannot stand at a concert in heels!!

Okay, so...I went shopping again. I know, I know...but I'm actually meeting the guys after all this time. (like they're going to care what I'm wearing) But I started to worry that it might be cool out so I actually got a pair of fat girl jeans. I don't know what shoes I could wear with them though...any suggestions??
