Can anyone tell me is it better to order Discovery Cove tickets from here or direct from the DC website and also is it a worthwhile visit, taking into account the price of the tickets for five of us as they cost as much as the 5 day hopper tickets cost.

Thanks Ellie

I paid £145 each for next July from www.orlando-ticket-deals.co.uk, which seemed like a good price to me and I got the tickets a few days later. I would get them wherever is cheapest. As for is it worth it, if you look at the scores of posts on the Sea World board on this site about Discovery Cove, I don't think there's a negative comment on it. Everybody seems to say it's an absolutely wonderful experience and worth every penny. You can offset about £40 of the cost by using the free 7 days Sea World access to buy a cheaper Universal 2 or 3 day pass with extra free days, rather than buying the Flex Ticket, so it's not quite as dear as it looks. I would say go for it, as it will be an experience you'll never forget, and I'd rather not look back in my twilight years and say "oh I wish I'd gone to Discovery Cove when the children were young, even though I saved a few quid".

We got the DC tickets direct off them (think DW phoned them to book) as it worked out a little cheaper with the exchange rate by paying in $

Myself i think it was worth every penny even thou we lost a couple of hours in the water due to a storm.

DC is worth every penny and will leave you with wonderful memories.

We spent last Christmas Day there, swimming with the dolphins and eating enchilladas with our toes in the sand and we are going back for Christmas 2005.

Thanks for your positive replies, I think I will try Orlando ticket deals first as that is were we got our other tickets from Im going to book for the 19th March, but im keeping it a suprise for my three DDs they keep asking to go but I have said it was to expensive, so im not going to tell them till the day before.

Thanks again
Ellie

I got mine direct from DC, don't forget ticket numbers are limited each day, we had a fantastic time and would have paid double to do it. a truly wonderful experience.
