Can someone give me some specifics on what type of food is offered. Thanks!

the menu to me looks like quite a few decent choices.
i could eat about any of them but the cobb salad..

thanks for sharing that with us Lunaland.

btw, i have an orange tabby named Luna.

Its decent food, just very much theme park food. But to be fair, we don't eat counter service at DLR/WDW so maybe we are just picky. :o

Thanks! Her name is Lucy, and she actually "belongs" to Luna, my very spoiled Lab mix.

I will have to disagree with lunaland on the food quality. While the breakfast is not anything spectacular (its just breakfast), we found the lunch entrees to be really quite good.....and the quality far beyond what you would find at the Disney parks in particular. I don't know what they do to their chicken tenders, but they are absolutely awesome!

disney1474, the link that has been provided is a very accurate summation of the menu offerings. I think you will be very pleased with the included food items...breakfast, lunch AND snacks.....at Discovery Cove. There's something for every taste :) .

I agree with Gina-Gina-Bo-Bina here. I thought the meal was somewhere between WDW CS and TS. I've also never really waited long at all in line for lunch over our 4 trips there. Breakfast can get backed up a bit more in our experience, but very manageable.

didn't care for the BBQ sandwich, DH said burger just ok. DS said fried chicken planks/nuggets were good.

I don't remember the dinner salad being of cobb variety, thought it more of a chef salad, but usually order it & Split it between the two of us as a side. Club sandwich fresh tasting as was chicken entree, but don't recall it being especially "hawaiian".

perhaps they tweak menu now & again:confused3 Regardless, always have enjoyed eating there, if i had to compare it to a WDW venue would say the quality of sunshine seasons.

It's all mass produced food service type food. I was there in 2001 when it was actually good. We were there in January and I tasted and threw away a lot of food and the only thing barely acceptable were the chicken tenders and club sandwich as others have said. Threw out most of the breakfast.
