Discover Card Discount??

I was reading a guidebook for Universal and it says if you buy your tickets and pay with your Discover card, you get $10 off each ticket. Has anyone done this? Do you buy tickets in advance or at the gate?

Would love to know this, would save me $60!

I'm not positive, but I think that promotion is now over. I do know that Mastercard is now the "preferred" card for Universal and they do have a promotion - buy 4, get 1 free. Maybe someone else can confirm this?

I can't confirm the mastercard deal, which may still be in effect, but I can also confirm that Discover is no longer the preferred credit card of Universal.
