We just activated our PAPs in December and they won't expire until next December. Will we be able to take advantage of the 10% discount by buying PAP "Exchange Vouchers" at the gate or will they be active at time of purcahes?

You cannot buy the vouchers at the gate. All AP purchases at the gate are live tickets.

I seem to remember getting ours later than what what other DISers reported.

I let our APs lapse in April because we weren't going to be there until June so I imagine I won't be receiving one myself.

Has anyone actually received the MM yet?

There seems to be some speculation as to how many cards are coming in the MM. Does anyone know for certain whether there will be four cards or one? Also, if I understand correctly, if I've already paid for my cards with a DVC membership discount, I can still get the AP referral discount at the counter when I arrive at the Magic Kingdom to pick up our passes. Is this correct?

Actually what we need is the SUMMER Mickey Monitor. The spring one has come and gone (had Bambi on it). I share you pain as we leave TOMORROW and our family is arriving on May 9th and will be buying APs then. I just can't believe they would start a promotion before anyone got their coupons.

The Summer Mickey Monitor IS the one that's mailed in May, they are one and the same. I expect we'll see them start arriving next week.

No. You cannot. The only way you can do that is to cancel your advance purchase and get the payment refunded to your credit card. Then you make the purchase of a new AP at a WDW window.
