I would just call. Have them check CAA if you've got it. There's sometimes a recipe club rate and it's free to subscribe to the recipe club. Sometimes there are All Ears rates at Starwood properties in Orlando. By calling you can have a reservations agent compare all the best rates so you can choose.
ETA - I would check and see if it's cheaper to break up your dates into multiple reservations too. You have 7 nights there and if only one night is very fully booked that one night will bring the rate up for the whole stay. If it's the first or last night maybe stay somewhere else.
For years I kept hearing about these great discounts for Swan and Dolphin, but I've never seen the place under 250. I'll be watching this thread to see if you find anything.
Don't forget you also will be charge a daily resort fee of $25 plus a parking fee of $15 on top of the nightly rate. It is charged by both the Swan and Dolphin hotels
You can also apply for a Sheraton Credit Card and get some point to redeem for at least one maybe two nights and then just pay the $40 fee's
the cheapest I've seen is $288...and I think that is what we are booked at.. but when you add resort fees and tax its $347 a night.. for a resort I don't even want to stay at (family member getting married there and wants the whole family staying there)...
