discount Disney Store

When we were at WDW last Christmas, there was a discount Disney store just outside the main entrance into the World. It is on the interstate and the main drag past WDW (maybe International Drive?). Is it worth a trip there for some discount shopping? Would we get there by taxi if we don't have a car? We wanted to check it out last time when we had a car, but we just ran out of time. I am not sure if I want to try it without a car on our next trip. Thanks!

The one across the street from Sizzler and some of the hotels? That one isn't worth it IMO.

The Character Outlet at the premium mall is nice, it's authentic park merchandise.

The character Premier in the outlet had almost nothing that wasn't still in the park and most of the stuff in the store was full price or pretty close to it. I was very disappointed.

I have been to the store you are talking about once, I didn't buy anything. The merchandise is not good quality and I didn't think the prices were worth it. I have visited the Character Outlet at the Premier Mall and picked up a lot of nice bargains for gifts. Not everthing is super cheap but it is compared to stores on Disney property. We drove so it was easy to get there, not sure if I would pay for a taxi to go.
