Discount after booking?

IF I book trhough WDW for Oct 2006 and they come out with a "special", will they rebook with dicount? I am very anxious to book a MYW package but dont want to miss on any specials.

I booked and found out about the discount code for free upgrade to ph & wp&m after the fact...rec'd a credit!
