Okay here's a picture of a work in progress - it's suppose to be to be Belle's grand ball dress. I literally worked on it for 4 hours last night. I thought I'd finish, but then the thread broke around he skirt. I still have a ton of work left to do, but I can only do it when she's sleeping or not around because it's a surprise for DD8. There will be champagne shear ruffle on the bottom of the sleeves and I think I'm going to add the gold swirl fabric to the top over the white brocade. There's also going to be gold trim around the edge of the bodice. I decided to go with cranberry satin with sparkes instead of velour - it was too heavy for April. I can't get the photobucket to upload the picture. I'll have to try later.

OK, told the kids I would play some wii with them. Is it sad that DS is far better than I am? I am truly pitiful at video games. Oh well, we'll have some fun!

My BIL took his Wii to Kuwait with him. They are on an airbase out in the middle of nowhere and that is what they do in their off time. Can you imagine? Going to war and you need your games?

I have that dream often too. I think it is supposed to mean that you feel like you're out of control or something. Okay, I just looked it up... One theory is that dreams about your teeth reflect your anxiety about your appearance and how others perceive you. Another rationalization for these falling teeth dream may be rooted in your fear of being embarrassed or making a fool of yourself in some specific situation. These dreams are an over-exaggeration of your worries and anxiety.This dream is an indication that you need to be more assertive and believe in the value of your own opinion.

I don't remember my dreams. But I had one Monday night that I was on vacation laying on the beach, with the waves washing over me. Looking at my legs thinking that I was getting a nice tan. What do you think that could mean?

YUPPERS!!!! However, that is the same night my DD9 makes her presentation for 4H and she "suggested" we stop on the way home and buy it!!! I can't wait to see it again!

I don't think we have any stores local that carry them (walmart or Joanns, ah, I'm thinking NOT). Is there a best site to order from, either price or service wise? I hate handing a CC number to a company I've never heard of.

Yay! on the modest DD10 dress!!!! Modest is the Hottest!

I have something for ya.....its called "Secret Keeper Girls" for when Norah gets to be 8 or 9 years old. Its from Focus on the Family and its about teaching your daughter about modesty and how special she is, etc. Its a series of dates you go on...absolutely fabulous.

Hi I'm a lurker that's coming out from under my rock! My husband is the seamstress(sp?)he's made several shirts, shorts and he's in the process of a dress for me, I know a little about sewing, but I like painting shirts and learning to make jibbitz for crocs. Here's some things that I have worked on this week. You guys are awesome at making clothes and I have been sending my mom here to get ideas for my little sister!

She donated them to my daughters and they wore them to Tusker House for breakfast last week. The youngest one doesn't like a bare chest so she has a black tank under hers that worked out perfectly.

I seriously bought most of the christmas presents for my friends kids because I could find all the right stuff- I guess that means that I spend too much time in stores. . .
