I am ashamed to say that when I first saw clapping Peter years ago, I thought, "How annoying!" But like Frank, he brings a smile to a lot of faces and has become a self-made Disneyland icon

I know a lot of people thought Frank annoying because he "monopolized the bench," but he was a really nice guy and more power to him for finding his purpose at that point in his life--because in finding his happy place, he made a lot of other people happy as well and it didn't hurt anyone.
