Just got back from a week stay there and loved the grounds and found it clean. Our only big issue was the food court service (slow! and I don't like the organization).
One of my sons has a nice rash/hives all over his neck that started yesterday morning, and my daughter has had some sort of rash in various places and what could be bites or another allergic reaction on her face. But I can't attribute anything definitively to bedbugs...could just as easily be chiggers or reaction to their laundry detergent or whatever. We were in building 2.
Buses were pretty good, as was the boat MOST of the time. We did get stuck at the dock once waiting for quite a bit. We were told that when it loads at one dock they try and leave spaces open (10? 15?) for the next stop since it services both FQ and Riverside. Some people got on at Riverside and said they'd be getting off at FQ so the driver let them on. Of course when they got to our dock they conveniently changed their minds and stayed on to DTD, which meant no room for FQ people.
They did get some more boats there pretty quickly to get all us cranky FQ people on.
