Wow, what a frustrating week! I exercised every day, didn't cheat once, counted my points religiously, drank plenty of water, and only managed to muster a 0.8 lb loss. Not sure what happened, but hopefully I'm just setting myself up for a big number next week. Anyway, this tiny loss brings me to my lowest adult weight of 172.8 lbs; I have lost a grand total of 43.2 pounds since January 2007, and an uber-grand total of 67.2 pounds since mid-2005. I am now 2.8 pounds from my Valentines Day goal of 170, and 17.8 pounds from my ultimate goal of 155. (Although, I'm starting to think that 155 might not be quite right for me. I might still be a little heavy at that weight, so I could be adjusting that to 145. But we'll see how I feel when I eventually reach 155.)
