I ate another 640 calories at work yesterday, so I had 1,400 calories total yesterday. I would of had even less then that, but they started a self-serve hot foods bar at work, and it looked very appealing to me. And I guess to everyone else too, since they were out of macaroni and cheese by the time I went on my first break, so I settled for chicken fingers.Add an ounce of almonds, (160 calories,) to what I've eaten so far today, and a banana, (100.) That's 760 so far total, I am still "allowing" myself just over 1,000 more, though if I stick to my fruit and Lean Cuisine plan at work I should not go over that many, and I should actually be hungry.
Except I do tend to eat when I'm stressed, and with DF back in the hospital saying I'm stressed is an understatement. I just hope I don't have a customer flip out on me again today, that's the last thing I need with everything else.
Today I've already eaten 800 calories, and that was from breakfast, lunch, and one snack.
Will be sending dust as well as some prayers. Hopefully you will not have to cancel your trip.
to you!! It is too bad you aren't closer, I could use a running buddy come this spring when I move from the treadmill to the outdoors.

I also had a salad for lunch and a turkey wrap and some cheddar and sour cream baked lays. So today has been a pretty good day.
