I would actual love Holly to become pregnant. I know they edit the show to make the mansion seem not quite as provocative as it is at times but I really do think Hef and Holly care for each other - in a real way, not in a I'm using you for money way. Where did you hear she is pg? or going to get pg? I'm wondering if they stopped taping for this season already or not - it started taping this season in december and only tapes for a few months I believe.

welcome! it sounds like your'e on the right track. i do have one question, though. do you mean that you were at 166 at your heaviest? if so, that's far from obese! that's like right on the higher end of a healthy weight for that height according to my little calorie book.....definitely not obese!

I actually just bought some new underwear! Isnt it funy how good that can be? I feel like such a dork, but I was so excited to buy some new stuff!

So the darn thing lost all my quotes again, that was the only one. My computer has been finicky lately. So just know I was reading alog, patting you all on the back, celebrating with you or giving prayer and pixie dust when you needed it!

So, yesterday I had a really good peeps moment. I was busting my back pulling weeds and doing my flower beds out front, and it took me forever...because I had to keep stopping to pull my shorts up every 2 seconds Now, these are not my skinny shorts, they are some of my larger ones, but they still fit me pretty well a few weeks ago. WHOOHOOTY! Of course today I can barely move because I over did it. I just hate doing anything part way. Once I started I didnt want to stop and take a break because I would never finish it.

lookie lookie what i got the mail today........

it's all my vouchers and my itinerary and two cute little luggage tags for our trip! i'm so excited!!! i was dancing around the living room by myself....what a sight to see i'm sure! i'm off to update my pre-trippie with the news!

33 days and counting!!!!!

We have 11 days left. I am so psyched. Maybe more than the kids

I just got back from the gym and I weighed myself their ( I won't have one of those filthy scales in my house ) I am under 200 lbs for the first time in 24 years. and I have been feeling taller so I had my DH measure me, and I am 1 inch taller than I thought I was. That means according to weight watchers I have 5 lbs. less to lose.

Scales are EVIL. I am convinced.

Melinda~ I hope your MRI went well today. It's spring break here too, that means I'm busy, busy, busy at work and the kennel is booked full......... PU!

Sandy~ Glad to hear you're working all week. I know it cuts into your DIS time and you'll be tired but I'm sure you enjoy being in the classroom again.

Punkin~ Isn't it the greatest feeling when you get your tix and travel docs? I got mine just before Christmas and was so excited. It was a great Christmas at my house.

BusyMom5~ Welcome to the group. It does move quickly some days but everyone has a great sense of humor, big hearts and we al care for each other.

Dance~ It's a great felling when you have such a noticable change. WTG on the saggy drawers!

SnowWite~ You're almost down to single digits!! I bet you're ready to do a happy dance. Have a great time!

Bradford~ You go girl! I'm so close to not having a 7 as the second digit in my weight, I can almost taste it. It might not be goal but a small victory really makes you feel good and keeps you motivated.

Pigget~ How awful for that family. I said a prayer right away when I read your post.

I had a busy day and I'm tired. I didn't get to eat the way I should have and actually snacked on a bag of sun chips instead of something healthy. I wasn't very hungry at lunch-time even though my stomach was growling. I think it ws more frustration with work that kept me from wanting to eat. Dinner could've been better, we had Arby's but I stayed with in my points for the day. I haven't been on the TM yet today but I did walk at the living history center yesterday. It wasn't a ton of exercise because it was a lot of stop and go but it was better than sitting on my fanny.

I've been cold and tired lately. It's been warm but I sit and shiver. I'm getting really annoyed by it. As far as i know, my bloodwork came back normal last month so I have no idea what may be going on.

We asked the kids what they want to do in the parks this winter. DD #1 said she wants to go on It's a Small World and DS said he wants to do CRT. DD #2 doesn't have any idea what she wants to do yet.

No time to catch up, I have an assignment due tonight and loads of laundry to finish. I went to the doctor today and he gave me injections in my neck muscles to hopefully help with the headaches.

Heather - How were things at school today? One of the girls in our youth group was pretty upset. She is good friends with his daughter. Was he still teaching? The girl in our youth group said he quit teaching at Christmas. We are praying for his family.

It was a long process and I was hoping to sleep but the sound of the machine was louder than I expected.

Also they wanted to do the MRI with contrast. Which involved an injection....in my arm....in the crook of my arm. I was not ready for that. I no-likey the crook of the arm injectons.

Now my appointment with the Dr. is not til April 25th.

Heather - How were things at school today? One of the girls in our youth group was pretty upset. She is good friends with his daughter. Was he still teaching? The girl in our youth group said he quit teaching at Christmas. We are praying for his family.

Things were pretty rough today. We had a lot of counselors and youth pastors at the school this morning. You are correct he did resign in December, but he was coming back most likely in the Fall. Even though he resigned he made a huge impact on us and on the students. He was the football coach for 7th grade and a teacher as well. I taught with him last year and this year. My son and him would joke around every morning because we shared a room for about an hour before school tutoring kids. His daughter broke my heart today. Her best friend came up to me in the lunch room and gave me a big hug and said that was from his daughter. SHe wanted to give it to me and to see how I was doing. I will get to spend some time with her in the morning. Just please continue to pray for this family--they have been hit pretty hard by this and other events that are going on at the same time. Not that anytime is a good time for this to happen, but right now was really extra hard.

I take it as a good thing that it is a little bit off as far as the date. If you don;t mind me asking--what was the MRI for--if you posted I cannot remember.

Peep of the Week!​

Hi everyone!
I mentioned this in an earlier post since I was so inspired by Dene being honored in the Member Spotlight at her "Y". So I'm starting a "Peep Spotlight" for the DISappearing Peeps! Here is how it will work:

1) It will be announced once every 2 weeks. I'll try to keep the day the same (i.e. every thursday). I'd love to do it every week but I don't think I will have enough time to do it every week. And once a month just seems like too long.

2) Please answer my question form! I'm going to try to set up a little questionnaire for all the Peeps that I will post on the board and you can respond back to me in a PM. PLEASE DO IT IN A PM! I will use this info *if* you get chosen for the Peep Spotlight.

3) Peeps will be chosen at random. HOWEVER, if I see or read something that I feel is especially worthy of Peep Spotlight, I may take that into consideration. YOU ALL may also nominate someone via a PM to me if you think someone really should be honored that week.

4) Once the Peep of the Week is announced that day on the boards, you all will post anything positive you might want to share about that Peep - anything from "she always responds to my posts" to "she makes me laugh" to "she inspires me to lose weight" - ANYTHING positive! It can be weight loss related of course but also general. If you have a special anecdote about that person, share it!

So I guess that is it. It will probably take me about a week to get everything organized and running smoothly so I would say to look for an important post from me sometime this weekend or next week! And if you already have a Peep in mind, send me a PM with her name and why you think she should be chosen.

I think this will be a great way for all of us to get to know each other a little bit better as well as get lots of positive feedback which is always good for the self-esteem!

Well I have another bad headache--not migraine but very close. The builder left here about and hour ago and we are going to the back to see what we can do. The price is not as bad as I though it would be, but still. My dad said at the price we were kind of quoted we should just rebuild. Not sure since we really love our acre lot.

Please send prayers our way--a dear friend of mine and a fellow teacher at the school was killed this afternoon after a major storm passed through. He was driving home and hit a tree. His wife and children were visiting her dad who was diagnosed this year with terminal cancer. HIs wife was my sons 5th grade teacher last year. He leaves behind his wife and 2 children. One in the 8th grade and one in the 5th. Tomorrow is going to be a hard day when his students find out. PLease send your prayers.

Only official tour I ever took was at Boardwalk... I own at Beach Club and Old Key West and we DVC!

Not today... 'cuz I'm watching the Travel Channel "Disney" marathon.

The Boardwalk was the tour we went on too. That was on our honeymoon five years ago. We own at Saratoga Springs and Animal Kingdom Lodge. And we it too!

We DVR'ed the marathon, and we watched some last night, and we are watching some now! I am LOVING it!

Reporting 15 mins on the TM tonight. I know it's not much but it was upsetting the cat. She kept coming over and looking at me and meowing. It was throwing her schedule off since it was almost time for DH to go to bed and she has to rub all over both DH and I and butt heads with us.

Has any one read the current issue of Woman's Day? There is a walking guide and a take the pounds off permantly article this month.

I've got to go ign up for the monthly exercise challenge. I have to decide if I want the exercise clippie or the weight loss one. I can't have both because of my Minnie and ticker. Decisions, decisions..........
