WASN'T that a good episode of BL? I loved it! I'm so happy that they seemed to all get over their humps. That would stress me out, being weighed on National Television wearing what they wear. I am sooooo glad white team got booted. Especially after the white team guy saying that his wife is the better speaker and she can do the water works (cry) to gain sympathy. She seemed to work hard and he was an excuse maker. Makes me NOT think of him when I feel like making excuses. I have never in my life worked out so hard I puked or fell to the ground exhausted...they do it daily it seems!
I sort of want the blue (strangers) to hook up! They're kind of cute together.
Hey! I have a super easy and great meal idea for all y'all!
VERY filling and I think it would work for any of the diets we're doing:
Stir Fry Vegetables sold at
Walmart (I guess there's similar ones) in the 16 oz. size. The nutrition info says it's 6 servings (like for side dish) but I do the whole bag and it makes 2 substantial meals. 30 calories each serving (x6 for whole bag) if you stir "fry" it with PAM and a little water. I think if you added a little lean beef or chicken and some low sodium soy sauce it would be several meals to have on hand.
I bought several varities. The one I like the most is the broccoli stir fry one. It has cauliflower, mushrooms, sugar snap peas, carrots, corn (I eat around the corn for now) water chestnuts, and red peppers.
I got this idea while in the frozen food area and was discouraged at the prices of the so-called lower carb meals. The whole bag of veggies was only a little over $1.50
