We are now reconsidering going to Disney this summer. WE might go to the mountains instead or we just may go to the beach and that be it. My family is considering going to Gatlinburg for Thanksgiving next year--so we might need to save for that and do a quick trip to teh beach this summer. If we do Gatlinburg we would rent a huge chalet since there are like 20 of us total. Also if we go we would want to do all the holiday stuff that is offered there and I am sure all that will be costly. I just may be renting out all my points this year instead.

i love that movie! my favorite scene is where they're destroying the fax machine or copier or whatever it is and there's gangster rap playing in the background.....so funny!
I don't actually know how point rental works. I guess someone would have to fill me in on that. Are BC points more expensive since they're at a deluxe?

cookies, my faorite...and here's the crazy thing...i brought the stinkin cookies, and guess who ate them? whats wrong with me?! i stood there tryingto decide on a fruit plate and walked on by and got the cookies... ugh...oh well it was a one time night today is new, gonna go make it a good one...
Before I got cancer, I worked every Saturday. Now, I sleep in on Saturdays. My husband gets up early and goes to the country club for breakfast and then golfs. I stay in bed until 9:00 am which is almost as good as going to a spa. Normally, my dogs will stay in bed as long as I do. Yesterday, they started growling. They wouldn't stop. They were staring off the side of the bed towards the sitting area, not out the doors or windows. I freaked out and thought perhaps they had seen a mouse or something. Our house was built 4 years ago and we have a pest service so I've never seen a bug or rodent. But there is always a first time so I got up and started looking under the chairs, the armoire, everything in that area where they were staring and growling. I couldn't find anything. So I took the dogs off the bed and put them on the floor and they started growling harder but now I could tell what had them scared. It was my new red Disney crocs laying on the floor by a chair.
just kidding!

Thank you for the mini-goal, which will be a great motivator not to go overboard and stuff myself on Thanksgiving.

We were then busy all weekend, shopping, dining at my other DD's and then apple picking yesterday! For apple picking, DS brought home 6 college friends and we ended up having 4 car loads that went. It was soooo much fun! DGS was too cute running around the orchard and eating a very large apple! (OK, after he dropped one, he'd get another, so it was really about 6!)
Fun was had by all!
And yes, I not only remember the song, but use to sing it to my kids in the morning to wake them up!
Please forgive me!
