Thanks for the flax seed info....I think you ladies are a wealth of knowledge !
I went to the health food store today and bought ground flax seed powder. The "granola lady"
at the store told me to always store the ground powder or oil in the fridge because it goes rancid very quickly. It must be refrigerated.
I made Banana muffins today and threw some in as well as a YUMMY cantaloupe/honeydew and vanilla fat free yogurt smoothie....YUM...Yum...Delish !
Tomorrow I face the scale of doom...I think my scale has been talking to Utah's scale ... lying beach ! (I did a pre-weight in this morning...and was not happy
!)
I am going to try and find some fat free brownie mix to make Utah's 1 point muffins. The selection of FF foods in Canada sucks compared to what you guys have available. (...we have NO spray on salad dressing !!! INSANITY., Any our Wally World does not stock Kashi frozen meals) My DH is in Ohio next week so I am giving him my "diet shopping list. Any other suggestions ?

! Undiadnosed strep is very dangerous. If untreaded it can damage vital organs like your liver and kidneys.
