I am so proud of myself! I am marinating a couple of boneless pork chops with olive oil and ff Italian dressing, so I can grill those up and take to work. And I made a couple of chicken enchiladas to take to work too! So, my lunches for the next two days are pretty much taken care of.
And I was good today, even though I really wanted to eat and eat and eat!
