OK, so I've been booking (and rebooking, and tweaking, etc.) our dining reservations for our December trip since we first booked our trip in July. Dates, plans, resorts have changed and I've changed multiple reservations, multiple times. All online, all using the Disney system.

Anyway, yesterday, all of my dining reservations disappeared from my Disney online page. All of them. I logged out, logged back in. Nothing.

I have all the info saved (dates, times, confirmation codes) and can pull some (most?) of them up via the "retrieve your reservation" link on the right side of the (now blank) "my reservations" page, but for some confirmed dining reservations (for example two Via Napoli reservations, for different days, that I was actually planning to cancel), I'm told the system is "unable to retrieve" my reservation.

Is anyone else having this issue? I'm kind of freaking out after spending so much time and energy on getting my ADRs just so.

I've lost most of mine, too after the maintenance performed this month! (And, of course, now that I need them, can't find my confirmation numbers!)

Did you get yours back?

No worries, well not a lot of worries! There is a 19 page (and growing) thread about people who are having the exact same problem that you are.

The good news is that Disney is actively working on fixing the issue. :goodvibes

You can find out more info about the problem and resolutions here.
