:rotfl2: CAn't say that I'd ever given it much thought, but I suppose that I'd have to consider myself one of those, too (buttcrack snob, not the actual buttcrack!). :teeth:

Oh goody this thread is alive again! :cheer2: :cheer2:

Ok, so we all know the butt crack comment could not go with out comment. :rotfl: So where is the thread?

(Before reading the thread I tend to agree with the sentiment, and also keep your muffin top covered! ) :goodvibes

Refillable mug snobs.
No more then 4 in a room snobs.
Must pay the extra adult fee for family snobs
Rental car snobs Vs. Disney transport
Don’t try to pass your over 3 year old for under snobs
Don’t pass your over 10 year old for under (food or tickets)
Don’t park where you shouldn’t snobs
Deluxe snobs, Mod snobs, and even Value snobs (why waste your $ on more?)
Staying on property snobs,
DVC snobs
Car seats for babies and kids snobs
Buy your infant an airplane ticket and bring the car seat snobs
Stroller snobs (and rent VS bring your own)
Eat on property snobs,

Breast feeding snobs (I admit to this one myself)
Good deal snobs (who flip when they can’t get the good deal!) :rotfl:
PBS snobs,
Gymboree clothes snobs (Come one you know who you are! I admit to this too!)
Why would anyone bring young kids to WDW? snobs
WDW is only for kids snobs (less at Dis then other places!)
My kids aren’t brats but yours are snobs
My kids might look like brats, but you have no idea how hard it is to be me snobs.
Spelling snobs,
Grammar snobs
Codes and rate snobs (don’t try to get codes that aren’t meant for you!)

Geez, I'm a huge snob!!!

I just developed a new form of snobbery:

"For crying out loud, let your 9 year old walk on his own two feet and get him out of the stroller" snob. :rotfl2:

I openly admit to being a
1.tourist snob (and often play the "gotta beat the tourists" game)
2. other people's kids snob
3. not as crazy as other people snob

;)

I can't belive I left that off the orginal list. :rotfl:

Of course there is the flip side, "My kid can be pushed around as long as I am willing to push them snob."

Every coin has 2 sides. :cool1:

I would have to say that i'm a good deal snob, I flip when people pay rack rate and don't do their research to find a good deal, since of course I always find a good deal :rotfl2:

What a fun thread!

I'm a
Moderate or better snob (but not DVC, even though I own VWL)

Staying on property snob (big time on this!)

Car seats for babies and kids snob (as the law requires for your state regarding the child's age and/or weight)

Why would anyone bring infants to WDW? snob

Spelling snob (drives me nuts, but I don't point it out to people)

Take your screaming, bratty, misbehaved child out of here snob

WDW is for adults also snob

Smoke only in the designated areas in the theme parks snob

Others I thought of...

Don't stop in the middle of the sidewalk/walkway/street to look at your park map, talk to your family, or fuss with something in your stroller/purse/camera bag snob. Move off to the side!

Follow the nightly dress code suggestions on the cruise or else eat in the alternative restaurant or your cabin snob.

Do at least some research before taking a trip to WDW! snob

It's the same thread as the "muffin top" thread, kinda evolved into butt cracks, which also should be kept to oneself, LOL.

Oh yes, that is a bring back to life thread, (much like this one) that I had posted on way back then. You know what they say though, some topics never die. :goodvibes

Yes, I revived them. I was doing a search and they came up and I didn't even check the dates on them. They were funny so I thought I'd reply, LOL.

Well thank you! I am curious what kind of search would produce those threads! (serach for butt crack, muffin tops, and snobs?) :rotfl:

You do realize, don't you, that now if someone does a search for muffin tops and butt cracks, your posts, and therefore your name will show up! Of course now that I've said that, mine will, too... :rotfl:

I see this is a huge thread - so Im no sure if it's gotten nasty while I post the snob I am - and it's not Disney related.

It's called the hair snob.

The thought of anyone using Suave and Pantene on their hair makes me cringe. I see the fuzzy haired people walking around - I know what youre using. You blame it on coloring ( I color like crazy! I went to Beauty School, Im obsesses!!!) , you blame it on you water ( I have the same water as you!), you blame it on genes ( I have terrible hair genes!!!) but the fact of the matter is, you may as well be using Laundry Soap on your hair if youre using Suave. You may as well not wash your hair at all - in fact, it would be better for you.

This weekend, I about had a small stroke while walking past a - I think - BoRics, who were selling off all their XMas sets for 75% OFF the price. We're talking sets of Matrix, Bed Head, etc!!! For a few dollars each - this ended up being cheaper then Pantene, for crien out loud.

My hair is shiny, my hair smells good....ahhh!

And please, I beg of you. No more scrunchies. No more claw-clips. NO MORE! Please...

ANd thats my snobbery. pirate:

Well it is not like it is the 1st time I ever said butt crack or muffin top! ;) :Pinkbounc

CathrynRose, actaully the whole thread has been very civil, mostly because people declare what type of snob they are, not others. (or that they are around, but not naming names.) Rather like the bad parent thread. :teeth:

What what do you recomend for curly hair?

What a fun thread I'm so glad it is being kept in the light hearted spirit, I believe it was created in. :)

I guess my biggest area of snobbieness (is that a word?) is people celebrating birthdays or anniversaries (especially adults), not on the real date because they "couldnt be in Disneyworld" on that day. Yes, Im the meanie who wouldnt let my DS wear a birthday button when we arrived in WDW 2 days after his birthday. ;)

I just saw this thread and love it. I am a snob in so many ways according to my family.

I am a:
Stay on-site snob.
If you kid is screaming in a movie, get them out of here snob.
If your kid is sick, keep him or her home from school and far away from my kids snob.
Don't bring your 5 years old and under kids to an R movie snob.
Don't be rude to my kids or I will jump all over you snob.
Eat on-site at Disney snob (in my defense though we never have a car so what other choice is there?)
Don't let your sick kids come over to the well kids area of the doctor's office snob.
Don't even think about lighting a cigarette around my kids snob.

There are so many others but I will leave it at that.

I am a grammar snob, a working mom snob and an animation snob. Now the first two are sort of self-explanatory. The third one, though, is my favorite kind of snobbery. I could talk all day about the differences in the styles of the different studios (Rankin/Bass vs Disney, Disney vs Goldbluth, Disney vs Pixar, Disney vs Dreamworks SKG, I could go on for HOURS!). :teeth:

I have to confese that I am right there with you on all of yours. ( except more so with the young children at rated R movies, not just 5 year olds.) :teeth:
