I spent most of the day getting the DISmeet pics ready to post. Yikes. Slow, Slow, Slow. (ME, that is). I had to resize them all TWICE. Time for a new Alienware Computer. MrsMork will be tapping her foot.

So we had our DCL House Party yesterday. I was really kinda disappointed in it. Disney sent really awesome party favors, but only 5 out of the 15 I invited showed up. We had it up at the travel agency that our DSIL works at so if anyone wanted to book anything she would have all her stuff available to her, and only 2 people inquired about a vacation (not even DCL!!!). I just felt bad because we spend sooo much money on food and other party favors for adults and kids (no kids showed up) and I felt bad because it seemed like my SIL ended up working on her day off for nothing. I was just really disappointed because we had all sorts of activities planned for adults and kids and noone showed up.

I'm sorry to hear that Tina. It sounds like you did everything you could to make it a great event. I would've showed up if I could!

It is so windy here that the power keeps going out. Strange thing, our power lines are underground. I'd better turn the computer off for now. I know it can't be good for the computer to keep turning on and off. Have a great day all! Until later. . .

To make matters worse, we now have grassfires breaking out in our county and all around the DFW area. I could smell smoke when I went outside earlier to get the trash cans (before they blew down the street). It is crazy around here today.

So we've decided not to go on a cruise this year. We're staying on property instead. I'm not upset though. As long as Disney is involved I'll be happy. We're going to shoot for October. We haven't been during that time of year with all the Halloween decorations. I'm really excited. We're also going to talk with Casting and look at apartments.
