Best BCV rooms?

I'm looking at BCV for our next trip, ideally a 2BR with a neighboring studio, for 3 adult couples and 2 children. I'd prefer two queens over the pull-out, but that's not a dealbreaker. I'm more curious for opinions on which floor/view combination everyone thinks is best. View is less important than noise and walking time. It'll be late February so I doubt we'll be using the quiet pool too often.

There are no view choices at BCV. You can request a particular floor or room number of course, but there are no resort/preferred view categories at BCV. Overall the views from the villas building aren't anything to get excited about anyway. My view at BCV was trees and a service road behind Epcot for example.

If trying for view type, most just request pool side or woods side. (Nothing special really about either side). On balcony, if prefer the full length ones, 2nd floor best for that.

I loved our 4th floor studio balcony. Our preference is in this circle:



The blue dot was the 4th floor location of our insanely large studio balcony. You can exit the building on the south and it’s a super quick walk to Epcot, and not bad at all for HS sine that DVC path comes out right by the bridge.

For quiet, I request courtyard (faces BC) or woods.

Never request "close to elevator" at BCV unless you have mobility issues. Those elevators have weird whirring noises which you can hear in nearby rooms. Really annoying.
