I hate typing this BUT I cannot come. A very good friend has decided to get married that weekend, so I'll be going to the wedding as she only has 20 people going in total, so I can't really say no.

Am so going to miss this weekend as last year it was great fun.

Woohooooooooooooooooo :yay:

It is coming round quick, it seems ages ago since we first started thinking about it

Well, what I was thinking (and if anyone has any other ideas, then please put them out there), is that we start the evening off at Pica Pica for their 2 for 1 cocktails. A few of us went there during Jules's birthday weekend, and it was a great place to start the evening. I was thinking of getting taxis around 6.30/6.45, spending an hour there, then either walking or getting taxis to whichever restaurant we decide on

Here are the links to some restaurants that Sue and Bethan have suggested for our evening in town. Have a look at the menus, and I'll start a poll over the weekend

Friday night in Cardiff town centre

Pre-Dinner Drinks

Pica Pica

Restaurants

Hooters

Ruby Tuesday

Nandos

Bella Italia

Spice Quarter

Ask

Old Orleans

Bethan if you can recommend any other clubs other than Reflex or Flares, then please let me know - thanks x

Wooo! Pica Pica for pre-dinner cocktails is always a good shout :goodvibes

Bethan if you can recommend any other clubs other than Reflex or Flares, then please let me know - thanks x

I'll make a little list tomorrow and then post it on here. Lot's of pub-ish places like Walkabout, O'neills etc get a bit "clubby" on the weekend. Along with the "normal" clubs of course!

Exciting!! :goodvibes

Oh a proper Ruby Tuesday here in the UK :cool1:

Can't quite believe I have been looking at dinner menus at half seven in the morning! They all look yum yum pigs bum to me...

They all sound fab Mandy, other than the Spice Quarter but that's because I don't like Indian food - however I will go with whatever is decided/most popular. :thumbsup2

I have voted :)
