Gotta agree with that!Same thing for onions...unless if they are on a burger. Then I can eat them raw.
Welcome back TRM!
Thank you!
Ophie
Onion however - not cooked or raw. Unless its in an onion ring. Then that is OK unless you bite into it and the fried crunchy goodness slides off the onion and then the onion is just hanging there. Nope. Then have to throw that failure away and eat the next one!
Avocados!? Only in guacamole.
Yep I am weird that way.
OK off to bed - been researching dead people. Found a whole group of them in Tioga County PA. And Mom thought they were from NJ!? No wonder it took me forever!!
Very tired now. Must go to bed.
Oh and Ophie - I distinctly remember posting 15K or less. 1/2 marathon -
who are you kidding. Remember - I am turning 40 this year oh great young one.
That 3 extra miles might kill me!
And then you will have that on your conscience. Just trying to save your eternity.
Yes, yes, I know - TRM just go to bed.

Home early from first night at swim team (evaluations). DS would not stay in the water!! Too cold he said. He swam across only like 3 times. Refused to get back in. Started crying. Told him to "man up". Nothing doing. Nope. Not him.
I kept telling him the other 30 or so kids were also COLD but they stayed in the water and kept moving. He kept getting out. Well, so it was only 68 degrees and breezy. So, ummm, yeah, you're gonna get cold(er) doing that.
He WOULD NOT listen to me or any of the coaches. So we left. He had been sitting there in the fetal position for about 30 min. and I could not watch it any more. The other kids did it. Why is mine such a wussy?
Does he not understand who holds his pathetic little intern life in her hands!?
It WAS cold. I stuck my foot in on Tues. nite at registration. But it's frustrating 'cuz he was the only one whining about it and he just completed 16 weeks of the clinic at the indoor pool. They didn't work on the turns or diving so much but they DID improve his strokes and he's got the breathing down pretty good now. He was one of the fastest ones in the group too - so I think he can do well at this with more practice...but he also has no meat on his bones - another reason why he's so cold. He's like a skeleton wearing skin. GRRRR. If he just would've STAYED IN THE WATER....
When I come home June 28, it will only be 3 weeks until cruise with old friends and hoping to meet all you new ones.
