I have to recommend recruiters. They are an invaluable asset especially if you live near a city that you can work in.

Yeah, yeah, yeah there are a million of them here. And if I actually had a CAREER and was in a management type job I'd probably need to use one but I really, really don't like them and I'm stubborn and do not apply to any jobs that I know are going thru a headhunter.:rolleyes1 I really don't think they have your best interest in mind (on my level of work), but rather just their commission. They will put you anywhere to make a buck. If I don't find something in 2-3 months I may HAVE to change my tune and use one but I'd prefer not to if I can do it on my own.:goodvibes

(In case you forgot how ANAL I am!:rotfl2: )

Morning!

Annie - try a temp agency..We have been using them lately and they do seem to keep you busy. My accountant says that if he ends one job, they usually have another for him the next day. We are actually going to end up keeping this guy I think..and we pay the finder's fee!

I got another packet on Monday!! At first, I was thinking "this is why Disney is so expensive!! They send the packages out twice!! Then it dawned on my this is for the 2nd cruise..and since that cruise I have concierge, the "pay off date" is ALOT sooner!! YIKES!!

Page 2!

Just had to pop in here to get away from work for a minute. WHAT a day! :headache: :headache: :headache: :headache: :headache:

So how many days until July 17th? :rolleyes1

Hey Betsy I heard that Mojitos are only a couple hundred calories! Are we the only ones who drink those?:confused3

I'm stoked! :woohoo: I didn't find a job BUT I finished another door sign!:lmao:  I am ON A ROLL BABY! The creative juices are flowin'!:rotfl2:

if you make mojitos with spenda...even fewer calories!!

Ophie has been spotted drinking one or two or three..but only in my house...

I assume that by "spenda", you mean Splenda??

Otherwise, you must be talking about my wife and kids!

"We spenda Beano's money at DisneyWorld. We spenda Beano's money on Disney cruises. We even-a spenda Beano's money just getting there and back."
:confused3 :confused3

yeah yeah...i am up past my bedtime..

i spenda beano's money on the cruise too...he buy me martinis!!

:scared1: RJ - I just heard something on the TODAY show that said we're running out of redheads! They said you need to reproduce more or they will be extinct in 100 years!!

FUGEDABOUTIT! Mine don't come out with red hair anyway.

So that was my mission on my trip last May...to try a Mojito. I never got around to it (so many drinks, so little time). Then my friend had a party and made a pitcher of some berry flavored mojitos. I could barely suck down 1. It was awful. But a part of me is chalking that up to her just not being a good bartender. I still have to try a real one out some where. Next trip, thats the mission, and I will accomplish it (unless I see some good BBCs going by and change my mind)!

 really????

Katie: my son was born with bright red hair and then when he was 6 months old it all fell out. He was bald for 2 months and then his hair grew back a beautiful brown color. My daughter has blonde hair :confused3

Genetics, sheesh! :lmao:

Isn't that funny how they change? One thing that has stuck is Cam has this light patch on the top of his head. That has been there since birth.

Ok, do all you people in warm climates want a good laugh? Today, March 13th, we have a high of 40 degrees....AND CAM HAS SOCCER PRACTICE!!! This morning I said to him, you know I love you, but Im sitting in the car! :rolleyes1

:rolleyes1

Supposed to be partly cloudy today, but still 72 degrees :woohoo:

well..I am in the southern most part of the states and we have a high of 74 today! It is 64 outside right now..which, remember, may sound nice but the dry air makes it very cool to this native Floridian!!

I didn't know we had a cold front come through last night and when I stepped out to take Kate to school in my shorts..I got a SHOCK!! 56!! Brrrr...

:lmao: Berry flavored? Uhhh. You know that they're a drink made with lime and mint, right? I think nothing beats the original on that one!! :goodvibes No go on the berry thing for me!:sad2: I really like them. But I also don't like super, super sweet drinks either......I like 'em tangy.:)

No, I feel your pain, Betsy. Even being a native New Englander, 64 feels chilly to me. It's nicer than our 40, and the weather men might call it "Balmy", but I like it in the 80s to feel warm. Im one of those always cold people. Remind me of this in the Bahamas in July. ;)

LOL, Annie! I know! But I have seen "flavored" ones on menus, so I think that is what she was going for. Maybe???
