A trip to WDW is a major undertaking. But I sure would like to go again and a DIS party might be the clincher.

I would like to try again at "mix and mingle".

I was at the TSMM party, but partying solo. I didn't feel welcomed to mix in with the cliques. I rode the ride by myself!

Hey mainegal,

I rode twice.

Once with a young boy who fell on the stairs. After the ride, he told me I wasn't very good, but I'd get better if I rode again.

The second time was with katscradle and 3guysandagal's son. He also told me that I needed improvement.

This has nothing to do with what I wanted to say....but I thought it was funny.

Cliques only become cliques because someone took the first step. Unless we talking about familes (who are stuck with each other) most of the folks at the TSM Meet met for the first time at Mousefest.

I havent found a single poster here or in real life to be exclusionary...in fact it seemed that they might have been grabbing strangers at one point.

Next time.....find Aaron (ADP) or Alicia (Cocowum) or Brandie (Scarlet###...I'm sorry Brandie I can never remember the number part) or any number of people or even the Podcast team and we will be happy to assign you to a clique. Just keep in mind the old saying "be careful what you wish for". You can even find Don (dpucknumbernumber) and have him hum his Spiderman / Copier music.

I'm joking...but in all seriousness....take the first step and you will see how friendly we can be

Hey Paul, After a very thorough background check and interviews with eye witnesses it turns out Alex is clean!

As are all the rest of the DIS'ers in Plymouth.

You can access the chat room by clicking on the word 'chat' on the toolbar near the top of the page. Your regular DIS password and user name will get you into the chat room. Chat usually starts around 8:45PM, but some of us get there early.
