Hope you're feeling better today Nat - I am and back to normal eating habits again (more's the pity ;))



From a personal point of view, I've stayed the same this week - but it was only to be expected, what with all the popcorn and pizza I ate on Sunday. I am determined to be good this week, however it's DD's 16th Birthday on Saturday so no doubt there will be some cake and other yummy treats flying about this weekend - I'll just have to make sure I duck them :rotfl2:

I got a new folder from WW with all the info in it - my friend's was blue but mine is lime green, so that's another hint to lose the weight before I go to WDW.

I'm off to find a weight loss ticker now.
 
Good news, my weigh in went well this week :thumbsup2 Another 1lb and a half gone :yay:

Total of 12lbs now, spurs me on even more now!!

I've STS this week and I'm not surprised - it was a big eat out and pig out party weekend.

DH has cooked potato dauphinoise tonight forgetting I am trying to diet:rolleyes: not good after the weekend we've had.

I'm still walking much more and that's helping me not put on - just need to get back in the food groove ::yes::

I've lost a whole pound!

To celebrate this loss I made lemon muffins, which probably means I've blown it for this week! :guilty: I don't think I've really got to grips with this dieting lark. :confused3

After i'd eaten last night and before I went swimming I jumped on the scales again and I'd lost that pesky pound to bring me up to my first stone lost :woohoo: I had forgotten to write my weight down yesterday so i'm making that my weight for last week :banana:

Put on 2lbs this week although not surprised plus it's that time of the month and it's always worse then because I get really hungry and can't stop eating.

Things will be back on track soon so i'm not too disappointed :thumbsup2

think im having an off week at the moment. i worked really hard last week and had a fab week, i planned to relax a bit this week but ive totally relaxed.
just cant get into things this week, think i'll have to go strict again just to stop me gaining.

ive got around the same amount to lose as you - try to break it down to small goals like 5lbs then it doesnt feel like a mountain to climb for you..good luck :hug:
 
I am quite busy at the moment as in my last 2 weeks at uni now, and need to get work finished so haven't checked in here this week yet so just catched up with everyones posts since last week.

you did a fab job of losing 82lbs last year. i know youve regained 35lbs but youve lost it before so it shows that you can do it.

Must admit when I read your post Libby, I thought you'd put on 35 lbs while at WDW and was about to congratulate you on a fine achievement :rotfl2:

Still, you know we are all here to support you - just like I hope you'll all support Nat and I when we put on a whopping amount of weight at WDW in October ;)

Love the weight loss ticker and that you got a lime green folder (I'm jealous).

I'm sure I will put on at WDW but 35lbs in a fortnight is too much of a challenge even for me.:)

I've put the weight on since July last year - I made the fatal mistake of stopping attending meetings.
