i lost 6lb this week,so really pleased.thats 61lb now,in 11 weeks,really gonna have to start toning up,but not really sure,the best way to do it.

Libby - don't be disheartened, you'll get back on track with WW and loose it again. As Netty said, take it in smaller amounts and you'll feel more comfortable about reaching your goal, as it doesn't feel as far away. Good Luck with the first week! We're all about on here if you need a rant!

Nat - well done, fantastic about reaching your goal. I do hope you're sticking around as our leader though! We'd all go to pieces without our thread, I'm sure of it! :cutie:

Well, my weigh-in is in the morning, and I have been extremely good since Sunday, so I will be gutted if I have even STS. Mind you, it's a shame that I've got a boozy weekend and DD's birthday next week :rolleyes:

My best suggestion would be for you to join a local gym if possible and get a few one-to-one sessions with a trainer to set you on the right track... I know it's not for everyone but it might be worth thinking about..? :thumbsup2
