good luck to all of the deiters out there, be careful not to yoyo as this leads to wieght gain overall. not trying to preach.
i wish i had had some will power to help me lose wieght. instead i ended up haveing a gastric bypass which is working well. seen by many as the easy option i can assure everyone that its not a desicion that should be taken lightly. it changes your relationship with food for ever.
i only had the op on april 29th and have lost about 36kilos 79lb ish although i have a lot still to lose was hoping to get to about 20-22 stone by the time we fly to orlando as we have booked normal seats rather than pe about 1and 1 1/2 stone a month.
not as much of a challenge than you guys using willpower but has its own difficulties. i dont want to eat anymore (lucky me not really food was my support mechanism food was a comfort) cant find anything that i like to eat so eating is a chore. am often ill eating things. am aware that the lack of protien has long term effects like hair loss.
did any see that overweight parents have over wieght kids and its not genetic and they paid for that research

makes you wonder.
for those that are seriously over weight help is out there when i met chaw sumers (the fat doctor discovery home and health) was the first time a doctor didnt tell me to diet and funding is available for those of us with serious health and weight issues.
