I'm also really impressed with those who are making there own soups etc. I wish I could be bothered, but I just buy the WW tins of soup

Its my WI tomorrow and keeping fingers crossed of at least a STS as it was my birthday this week so I drank lots champagne, Jack Daniels & coke, had a meal out including a very rich dessert, also got given chocolates as a birthday present. I have had good days too so I am hopefull that I have not put on.

1lb off this week. I'm supposed to be be exercising and eating healthily but this week I think I might actually start with the eating heathily!! :rotfl2:

I did make my own soup to take to work for lunches ::yes:: but I don't think home made Chicken curry, fajhitas and supermarket pizza quite count as heathy evening meals! :lmao:

well I lost 2.5 lbs last night at my weigh in - I have been good most of the week - so now I have managed to get back to my pre-Christmas weight I can start on the next few pounds.

I had lunch at my best friends house today and she made us baked sweet potatoes (less carbs) which she split like a regular jacket and filled with philly light and loads of black pepper and it was delish! Just don't eat the skin!

Its my DD 7th birthday on Saturday and she wants a family meal out - I am going to point that one though and have chicken, Jacket Potato and salad and skip the rich dessert and have a cappuccino instead. I will still have a glass of wine though.
 

I love sweet potatoes, I really want to try making them into baked wedges sometime.

finally got rid of all my christmas gain and extra. just got aroung 1 stone left before i reach my Florida goal by May. sure i'll do that and more :cool1: :cool1:

You're losing weight with it, Tracy so it must suit you - I bet it wouldn't work for everyone! Sometimes drastic fits the bill and as long as you feel OK on it, the weight coming off has got to be a healthier for you in the long run... :thumbsup2 :grouphug: :goodvibes TBH I really wish my SIL would try something like this but I don't even know where to begin with that conversation... :sad2:

sometimes i think people,just have to make the decision themselves & no matter what anyone says,it just makes no difference & i so believe,you really have to be in the right frame of mind,to do it!
some people,are happy,no matter what they weigh,but i was never happy,your SIL maybe just waiting for the time,when she will be really ready to tackle it!
i feel healthier already & just hope i get,to where i want to be.

It was a expected as it was my birthday this week so had a few treats, I had hope to lose a 1lb though, plus I did lose quite alot of 1lbs last week so that also may be why I haven't lost any this week.

I won't be weighing next week as will be at Disneyland Paris - hopefully shivering in the cold will burn a few calories.:hyper:
