i have lost 8lb,this week,i am over the moon,that is 28lb,in 3 weeks.
last night i so nearly gave in & ate something,i was absolutely starving:sad2:
but i managed to stay strong:)
i am ok,during the day,but it hits me,at night.all the adverts,seem to be about food!
i want to congratulate,everyone on their losses & wish everyone good luck,for this week:thumbsup2

Sorry I didn't get on here yesterday, I didn't get in from work until about half ten.
I have to confess to putting on half a pound.:sad2: 15st 12.5 lbs
I'm going to go back on the WW points as that works better for me anyway.

1.5 lbs for me again this week, well almost 2 but not quite :rolleyes:

Not been well since yesterday, think I may have same bug DS had last week so starving hungry but can't seem to eat much.

Weighed myself this morning and lost 1.5lbs since yesterday so could be a good loss come Monday :rotfl:

:) Im really struggling with lunches at the moment. I used to pop out and buy myself something nice for lunch but now im feeling the pinch a bit money wise so needing to take lunch in with me. Ive been taking soups in but find that by mid afternoon im hungry again.

I dont get home until 6:30ish most nights and take my lunch at 12/1pm. I need something that fills me up as although i take fruit in with me i dont get much time to eat it.My biggest problem is that i really dislike sandwich meats - packet ham, turkey etc - no idea why i just really dont like them.

So i was thinking of making something the night before to take in with me. Does anyone ahve any nice low fat ideas?
 

I've lost 2lbs this week. Not been well the past few days, so feeling a bit rubbish!! This has cheered me up a bit!

Not too well, unfortunately. He didn't lose anything this week, so I think he's going to abandon Pual Mckenna and go back to counting ww points, which seem to work better for him.

Awww Tony! :hug: Don't worry, my DH always finds a month of Atkins (his preferred weight loss program) shifts the pounds - you guys tend to lose the weight quicker than us girlies... :thumbsup2

i know,it is a drastic diet,but i have so much to lose,i had to give it a go!
i think 16 weeks,is the recommended length of time,but i am hoping,to do it for 24,but only if i feel ok,with it & do not get ill!

You're losing weight with it, Tracy so it must suit you - I bet it wouldn't work for everyone! Sometimes drastic fits the bill and as long as you feel OK on it, the weight coming off has got to be a healthier for you in the long run... :thumbsup2 :grouphug: :goodvibes TBH I really wish my SIL would try something like this but I don't even know where to begin with that conversation... :sad2:

I often have dairylea/laughing cow light cheese in my sandwiches. Usually with marmite too!

Its my WI tomorrow and keeping fingers crossed of at least a STS as it was my birthday this week so I drank lots champagne, Jack Daniels & coke, had a meal out including a very rich dessert, also got given chocolates as a birthday present. I have had good days too so I am hopefull that I have not put on.
 
1lb off this week. I'm supposed to be be exercising and eating healthily but this week I think I might actually start with the eating heathily!! :rotfl2:

I did make my own soup to take to work for lunches ::yes:: but I don't think home made Chicken curry, fajhitas and supermarket pizza quite count as heathy evening meals! :lmao:

well I lost 2.5 lbs last night at my weigh in - I have been good most of the week - so now I have managed to get back to my pre-Christmas weight I can start on the next few pounds.

STS is good, Maddie - TBH I'm thinking that would be a nice result for me this week... ;)
