yes, I brought I pair of jeans last year that didn't fit and I couldn't fasten the button up on and now they fit! I have lost 10lb in total since I started WW in 1st week of december and I weigh over a stone less than when I went to WDW in september. I can't wait to get photo pass next time we go as I hate the ones from previous trips with me.

Weighed in this morning and have lost a surprising 2lbs this week! Given that I had a big boozy night out with a girlfriend and a day of weak-willed scoffing in with DH, I'm extremely pleased. I'm at my new lowest weight for at least 6 years and have 7lbs to go... :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2:

I'm following a low-carb, high-protein diet that a friend of mine was given by her GP. It's very simple (I'm hopeless following instructions or remembering points) - I just weigh the amount of protein I eat at lunch (100g) and dinner (150g) but have unlimited veg plus I am allowed a couple of glasses of wine... ;) :yay:

I've been following it since late September (with a break for December) and have lost over 1.5 stones...

I am doing Weight Watchers online as it is easy to keep track of what I am eating. I am allowed 18 points a day however I have 14 during the week as that is the minimum I should be having and I feel satisfied and full on that. I use the full 18 at the weekend as I have a glass of wine with Dinner.
 
I haven't been eeping up with the diet thread after saying I would join in - we're expecting Ofsted any time at school as we are over due so it has been a hectic first 2 weeks back. I am also trying to get on top of my school planning as I am away half term and fgo to work the day after we land so not much time to prepare for my class. So I just want to say well done to everyone who has lost or sts and to everyone else for sticking with your diets even when it isn't easy!

Anyway I have had a rubbish weigh in this week as I only lost 1/2lb so I am now the same weight that I was before christmas. I haven't lost anything now since the 4th December so I am feeling a bit annoyed with my self for not getting on with it. I want to lose 1/2 stone before we leave for our holiday so I am trying to be perfect this week. I went to the gym for 40minutes yesterday and I am going again on Monday and Tuesday. Fingers crossed :thumbsup2

Just wanted to say good luck with the OFSTED, we had one a few weeks before we broke up for Christmas (we got the call when I was at Disneyland Paris!! The boss had given me the day off as I went with Emma who had won a VIP trip there.)

Well done on all the weight loss this week, great job everyone. I lost 4lbs this week which I am quite pleased with.
 
WOW everyone's doing so well:cool1: , I lost 4.25lbs this week but then again it was my first week and you always get a good loss in that week.
 
I only last 1lb this week, Im not surprised though as I had a terrible week! Oh well theres always next week! :rotfl:
 
I've had a pretty terrible food weekend and with my weigh in tomorrow morning I'm not holding out much hope for a loss :rolleyes: We went for a meal yesterday and although I saved points I still choose a main that I know I can have. However, DH hated his main so I offered to swap with him as his blood sugar count was unsteady due to a hectic day and he needed to eat and couldn't wait to re-order:sad2: so I am a fat angel:lmao:
Today we visited my Mum and she'd had a bad morning and hadn't prepared the dinner so we had to eat out, it was an oriental restaurant and I initially choose healthy options but then all the Tempura and Chicken Pandan called my name:lmao:
Hope everybody else had a healthier weekend than me!
 
Just weighed myself a day early as i'm going out tomorrow night and was very surprised by a 3lb loss :cheer2:

Will have to make sure i'm extra good this week as I won't be able to do much exercise.
