another 3 lb,for me this week!
i seem to be stuck,on 3 & don't seem,to be able to get above it.
day off today,so have just been on a nice,long walk with hubby,hoping to shift 4 next week.
well done to everyones,continued losses:)

im struggling this week, i wanted to lose 2lb to get my 1st stone ;) but i will be lucky with 1lb i think !!
 

I feel like im having a really bad day today for the first time since i started i ate something behind Matts back only a ww carrot cake but i feel so bad that i want to eat more :confused:
(i didnt eat it i stuffed it)

Honestly Natasha, don't feel bad about it - look at it as a momentary slip and move on :)

natasha one ww carrot cake will be fine! infact when i was on ww i used to love eating them :)
well tonight i have got my sw magazine out and made a meal from one of their recipes
beef burgers and home made chips and salad to go with it!! we all had it and they loved it, not like anyone else here needs to lose any weight, just me...- absolutely lovely- i'm stuffed- i just cant believe how much you can have to eat with sw!!
I am doing something with a tuna fillet tomorrow night- not sure what though!!:rotfl:

That's what I used to love about SW Jeanette - you can eat so much and I loved SW chips :thumbsup2

Well done everyone. Nat don't feel bad about one ww carrot cake one piece isn't going to do anything and like its been said if you don't have a treat every now and then you only end up wanting it more and will end up going on a huge binge.

1ib down this week, would have preferred more but a loss is a loss as long as it keeps going down and not up. Hopefully the walking this weekend will outweight all the nice meals out that ill be eating.

Well done Jackie - I reckon this weekend might be bad for a few of us dieters

Tracy, 3 lbs is still a really great result considering you've been at it a little while now. Carry on and stick with it - just think how well you're doing overall :)

I will be happy with a 1lb I think now.

We went to a chinese restaurant last night and I didn't eat much though as I get full quick now however I had three Jack Daniels and cokes. I've cut back today though .

If I am tempted to eat crisps or chocolate I try on some of my summer clothes that I last wore at WDW in September and they fit so much better now and look better. It always stops me from eating crisps(my weakness) when I see the results.

Don't worry about having a treat every now and again, if you deny your self you will just want even more.:hug:

What diet are you doing? Is it just liquids? How are you finding it?
I have done SW in the past but want to try something different this time round, I just can't motivate myself to do SW or classes.
