I lost 3 and a half lb this week!!

We had a weekend entertaining my girlfriends parents as well, and I was very good by just having vodka and diet cokes instead of my usual sweet amber nectar!
I'm chuffed to bits, as I've now lost 10lb in 3 weeks, and I'm 1lb off my 5% goal 
My tip for the week: We did our first roastie on Sunday since starting WW, and I was worried that it would be rubbish not having potatoes dripping in nice oil, but we sprayed them with the low-cal stuff in a bottle & put them in the oven instead. They were absolutely delicious! Just as good as the normal ones, but loads less points
