I lost just 1/2 a lb this week, but still going in the right direction. :thumbsup2 Only 1/2 a lb to go until my 5% goal, which just makes me even more determined to be good this week, and hopefully hit it next Monday :cool1:

some fab weigh loses :thumbsup2- mine is going in the wrong direction :lmao: I am thinking of joining rosemary conleys class- I have done it before but a long time ago , is anyone else doing this and if so do you feel hungry?
 

Sorry Andrea, RC is one of the few diets ive not tried, hope someone can give you some tips :hug:
 
Sorry everyone, I haven't done very well keeping up with the thread for the last week. A big well done to you all:thumbsup2

I didn't weigh-in last week, but went today and lost 3lb. I really need to hit the gym this week to try and tone up a bit for my hols. Does anyone have any recomedations for good fitness classes I could do?

just thought I woulld register on here as have to move a pound or 14 before my upcoming trip in september. Have done the weight watchers plan which didnt really do anything so gp put me on some pills to help me along a bit. Very good I must say but I have to be extra careful with what I eat or I do suffer:eek:Having a poly cysytic ovary probably doesnt help.So along with WW I am trying and lost 2lb this week. In 6 weeks I didnt loose anything so I am really pleased.:hug::woohoo:
where can I get a ticker from showing my progress(or not as they say):laughing::rotfl:
