I have lost 2lbs this week, so just a 1lb of "holiday heftiness" left and 8lbs to go until I reach my revised target!!! :dance3: :dance3: :dance3:
 
sorry to hear youre Maintaining, ive only been doing it for 1 year so not fed up with SW yet. what type of days do you do?
i always find red days are best for me, even if i do a green week i try to have a red day before weigh in :thumbsup2
have you tried EE? many have good losses on it. or what about sucess express?
Theres always the chance you could be losing inches, make sure you measure yourself often :)
sometimes the best thing to do is to go back to basics.
if all else fails then perhaps a change will do you good

Having done both SW and WW I have found that while SW is a very sensible plan and a great way of eating for everyday life, WW gave me a more regular and reliable weight loss week by week (when I followed it properly:))

Thankyou all, I decide i have become too lax with SW and red days, which worked best for me, have begun to bore me. So I have taken the plunge this morning and joined WW online as i dont have meetings on a day i can get to here. I am a bit nervous but I think I will do better counting points, My new weigh in day is now friday :wizard::wizard:

I have STS too :( I think I need to change my diet as I've STS for a few weeks now, and this time last year I was about 5lbs lighter. I have started exercising again, so hopefully that will take affect soon

Hope you get a loss next week, have you tried eating entirely different food than you normally would? Sometimes a change can give you a kick start.

Good luck with the change Rachel. My friend does WW online as she can't attend meetings and she's lost a stone and a half since January time so it must work.
 
Hi everyone, I STS last week, I was really disappointed because I've been eating really healthily and going to the gym 4 times a week!! I'm so frustrated :headache:...but must.carry.on....

Sorry you are getting a bit fed up Mandy - maybe you need to have a couple of weeks of sticking to it really rigidly just to try and shift those couple of extra lbs you want rid of.

It's not even 11 yet and I'm really hungry today. I've not done anything different this morning and I've had breakfast but it's taking all my will power to stay out of the kitchen. :sad1:

I even woke up at 3am this morning and was hungry. I'm eating all the WW points that I'm allowed. I hope it settles down soon as I don't usually feel like this.:confused3

I'm sipping some Pepsi max at the moment and hope the bubbles will fill me up.:)

When I'm feeling really hungry I just try to stick with 0 point foods in between meals. It's a pain but try making some 0 point soup or sugar free jelly and snack on salad or veg.

I've lost 1lb this week, it's coming off VERY slowly! Takes me to a total of 13lbs altogether since January! *Must keep going*

I know how you feel, some days I am just soooo hungry :confused3 Hope you have get through the day okay! Are you eating plenty of veg and zero soup? i love zero soup :hug:

I know it will all be worth it when I can get back into last summer's clothes.

I have weighed this morning and I have lost 2lb :banana::banana: I'm very pleased with that and feel I'm really in the healthy eating groove now - there's no stopping me, well, until four weeks time at DLRP:cool1:
