Good luck with your weigh-in.Well done Tink - I wish I'd had the same self control this week.
I wasn't able to go to WW last week as I was away with the Brownies (slightly better than being away with the fairies!!) so of course I've used that as an excuse to eat like a pig for the last fortnight.
I'm off to face the music this evening. I'll be quite happy if I haven't regained the whole of my 7lb loss so far. I'll let you know how I get on.
I weighed myself this morning & to be honest I was dreading it, as I said last week I have been watching what I was eating for a few weeks but hadn't weighed in (I needed to buy some scales) & finally I weighed myself last week - then typically I got my period.In the past when I have dieted during the time of the month I either stay the same or gain. Anyway I was delighted this morning as I have lost 2lb.

Oh, dear. I'm really sorry to spoil the celebrations as I've put on 3.5 lbs.
I'm not too upset as I haven't tracked for a fortnight (I think it may be hot cross buns rather than chocolate that did most of the damage.)
Oh, well back to the tracking as I know it works.
I'm back on the Dis after weeks(months)of extensive studying in my final degree year and have put weight on with all the stress ive been under so I'm back to needing to shift that weight so may I please join. Well done everyone on their great losses.
I have 1 stone to lose so far and then I will reaccess when I hopefully reach there.![]()

Well, despite another pretty bad week of eating and drinking I have managed to STS this week - I think starving myself yesterday obviously did the trick![]()
