I'm back on the Dis after weeks(months):scared1: of extensive studying in my final degree year and have put weight on with all the stress ive been under so I'm back to needing to shift that weight so may I please join. Well done everyone on their great losses.

I have 1 stone to lose so far and then I will reaccess when I hopefully reach there. :)

Well, despite another pretty bad week of eating and drinking I have managed to STS this week - I think starving myself yesterday obviously did the trick ;)

Thanks everyone I only managed half an hour its pouring. I will have to go on the wiifit after instead.

my diet has gone out the window the past few weeks so i will have to rejoin SW, but for now i'm leaving it until i'm in the right frame of mind to get stuck into it again.:)

Anyway I was delighted this morning as I have lost 2lb. :cool1:

I reckon that means that Nat's Fat Club has lost a fat-busting total of 299.5 lbs - that's 21 stone 5.5 lbs

I've put 4lb on, I'm no longer at a 10lb loss. So I've pulled that total down a bit :guilty:

Oh, dear. I'm really sorry to spoil the celebrations as I've put on 3.5 lbs.

I'm not too upset as I haven't tracked for a fortnight (I think it may be hot cross buns rather than chocolate that did most of the damage.)

Oh, well back to the tracking as I know it works.

Exactly what happens to me, emotions play havoc with my eating - I'm trying harder again now, but I'm finding it tough as I left it too long, good luck with getting your head in the right place:hug:

i stayed the same this week, not bad considering husband had a day off and i had a major flexi day. plus ive weighed in early as i have to stay in for an engineer to turn up tomorrow. :)

I've had a bad week this week, and I wasn't going to depress myself and have a weigh-in this morning, but I braved the scales, and I have STS

I'll be glad when everything returns to normal next week, and the girls are back to school and not eating 'naughty but nice' stuff around me ;)
