I've had a bad week this week, and I wasn't going to depress myself and have a weigh-in this morning, but I braved the scales, and I have STS

I'll be glad when everything returns to normal next week, and the girls are back to school and not eating 'naughty but nice' stuff around me ;)

I totally agree, I can't wait to be back in a routine with the kids back at school - at the moment, it's just too easy for us to pop out for a meal (which we did last night :guilty:) and I'm finding it really hard to stick to it. Roll on Monday :goodvibes

Dh came home from his last ever night shift this morning with yet more chocolate :scared1: we have mountains of the stuff !

me too, I have really go to get back on track now. so it's on the scales again tomorrow. I't so hard when the kids are off school, all i seem to do is eat popcorn::

My weigh in day is Friday so I went on this morning and I've lost 1ib since I last weighed last week. :goodvibes very happy as ive had a few easter eggs and meals out, however I have been doing a lot of exercising. :yay:

Thanks hopefully it should go well as both my parents and dbf are trying to lose weight so I'm not going through it alone.

I'm really excited because I've lost 2lbs and takes me just under my original target weight, BUT I've moved the goal posts and reset my weight on weightwatchers online and I want to lose another 2.5lbs so I'm not celebrating just yet

I reckon that means that Nat's Fat Club has lost a fat-busting total of 299.5 lbs - that's 21 stone 5.5 lbs!!!

I weighed-in this morning and I am delighted to report that, despite indulging myself to the fullest in WDW and beyond, I have gained 3lbs - I'm very happy with that!!! :cheer2:

So back to the straight and narrow. My original target would have seen me aiming to lose 4lbs from this point but, after checking out my BMI & weight/height charts, I have decided to increase that to 8lbs. Better go and get ready for the gym then... :rolleyes:;):thumbsup2
 
Well done and that 3ibs may just be retention, you never know you may find it gone next week. :) You do so much walking at Disney that I think you can walk a lot of the food off.
 
I am going to join you all if that's ok. I have weighed in this morning & am ready to give it ago. I have struggled for a long time to get my head in the right place to diet but certain things lately have made me determined to do it, so I am going to give it my best shot. ::yes::

I have told everyone I don't want any easter eggs so hopefully I won't have too many temptations in my way....if I don't buy it then I can't eat it. :lmao:

I have got 5 months to go until my holiday & have lots to lose but I am not going to set any targets as I feel that I always get distracted by them if I am not on track, so I will take each day as it comes & be happy to lose anything.

Hi everyone can anyone join in ? Have been trying to get motivated to lose weight for ages but with work & kids always to tired to get on with it but have been reading how well you are all doing & thought maybe this would be the way to go ! We also go in 5 mths so really want to be slimmer for this hol felt like a beach whale on last one infact would not even go in pool !! But got myself wii fit yesterday so could exercise while kids in bed !! And reading all your progress has got me motivated.:banana::banana: Don't really look like a slim banana exercising at the moment more like a lovely round apple.:laughing:
